This tv is not good. I bought it in May of 2023 and it’s broken already. I purchased the guaranty for this tv. When I called Best Buy, they transferred me to the manufacturer since it was still within a year. The manufacturer then refused to give me a refund or exchange due to the “impact”. This tv was installed by BestBuy and it has never been moved.

Nice TV will always go with Samsung TVs. Bestbuy service was good. Delivered on time

Disappointed. Purchased 2 TVs and rejoined as a member. Picked up 1 TV - Broken. Second TV was told to have delivered due to transit. Ton of issues doing so. Not happy at all.

Olny had it for 4 months and the pictures are not good the tv has waves you can see

I buy a lot of product from best buy and therefore I purchase the yearly protection plan that gets me the warranty for 2 years on everything I buy. Late last year I had one of my TVs that was almost 2 years old develop a line in the screen and they replaced the TV with a new one. With the plan you also get discounts on certain products. So far I feel like I have won on the deal

I had an issue with something a year later and I was able to swap no questions asked!

Purchased for my mother while Best Buy was having a great deal. This is a lot of TV for the money. My mom mainly watches local news, YouTube, and movies, and it delivers a clean, bright picture with nice color. it’s lightweight, which made setup and positioning simple. Only real annoyance: the remote. It feels a bit awkward and not as user-friendly. I’m used to Apple TV and having to press so many times is not my jams but my mom doesn’t mind.
