This tv is not good. I bought it in May of 2023 and it’s broken already. I purchased the guaranty for this tv. When I called Best Buy, they transferred me to the manufacturer since it was still within a year. The manufacturer then refused to give me a refund or exchange due to the “impact”. This tv was installed by BestBuy and it has never been moved.

Nice TV will always go with Samsung TVs. Bestbuy service was good. Delivered on time

Disappointed. Purchased 2 TVs and rejoined as a member. Picked up 1 TV - Broken. Second TV was told to have delivered due to transit. Ton of issues doing so. Not happy at all.

Being that I love tech and so do my children (have lots of electronics at home) this has been one of the best investments I've made, offered here at Best Buy. The protection plan covers so much, it literally sells itself. Covers nearly every and all purchase from Best Buy (brick and mortar) to Bestbuy.com (minus third party sellers). Its nice having the piece of mind automatically on ALL purchases. A nice plus is also having free to discounted services at Geek Squad, which I've had to use mulitple times. Drawbacks- it can be costly, but most items are covered for 24-months (as long as your membership stays current); some products are only covered for 1-yr. However, most warranties, when expired, you have the opportunity to extend them a low monthly fee; which I've done. So, yes, I would strongly recommend this protection Total to anyone who enjoys tech and is constatnly purchasing the latest tech. And, Best Buy service always treats you well, even when things go past warranty, they try to help you out.

I love the Best Buy Protection program. The people at my local store have worked above and beyond to help my family. My husband always needed help and they were always willing to help him. After recovering from a stroke he drove there for help with his computer, they called me to make sure it was okay for him to be there. They will always have a special place in my heart.

Best Buy protection as part of my total membership was awesome because it allotted protection on items that may not otherwise have had a protection plan available for purchase. A great example of this was my Ninja Creami Deluxe, an absolute staple in my kitchen especially during the summertime. This specific product doesn’t have a geek squad protection plan that can be purchase, but my total membership gave me up to 24 months of protection included which I used!

This TV is an upgrade from a Samsung 7 series I had. First thing I noticed was the difference in processing speed. Navigating the menu options and different apps is so quick and efficient. The response time is pretty fast and there is no lagging compared to my other TV. Picture quality is also a noticeable difference with crisp colors and lines. The remote is also a plus with a more sleek look, simplified buttons, and a slim body. Is this TV top of the line? No, but it’s a quality product and a great entry-level QLED TV with a considerable upgrade in the operating system from the 7 series I had.
