The monthly protection plan is completely worth it. It’s affordable, easy to manage, and gives me peace of mind for any unexpected issues. Claims are straightforward and customer service has been very helpful. Definitely recommend adding this to important purchases.

WHAT BETTER PLACE TO SHOP THEN BEST? BEST PRICES ON ELECTRONICS AND TO TOP IT OFF, TOTAL TECH MEMBERSHIP IS LIKE AN UMBRELLA OVER ALL YOUR PURCHASE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. Discounts, memember only perks, apple care, extended warranties, etc. If covers it all!!!

We went to Best Buy on a Saturday night. After waiting a bit, a salesman appeared. He listened to what we had to say and recommended this TV. Have to admit, he was good at his job, and we were pleased. He did not try to oversell us, but instead directed us toward something that would meet our needs. We were glad we went to Best Buy instead of buying it from Amazon. Good job!

I had a problem with my Apple computer and was very concerned that I would have to leave it for service with Geek Squad for a long period of time as I needed it for work. Geek Squad was professional, quick turn around, fixed the problem and I am glad I have a yearly contract with them.

I have been very satisfied with Geek Squad warranty services over the last 20 years. They are the ONLY company I can say that about. They have been very fair IMO. In the last year we bought two PS5s, 2 Big screen TVs and a UHD DVD player. All covered under this one warranty. Plus plus they also give things I didn't expect. We just got a bonus $50 gift card on our recent $499 TV purchase because we're members..plus the normal $20 in gift cards for spending that much. Plus plus plus, they often give a tiny discount on your purchase like maybe 1/2% or something. Every little bit helps. For those that buy a few electronics per year, it seems like a good deal.

Although I have not had to use it yet, when you buy enough from Best Buy (especially considering their price matching), getting the Best Buy Total membership is a deal. This includes two years of extended protection for free!

I haven’t quiet needed to b used it yet, but i love having the security of knowing I’m covered on all my purchases.

Have always had no issues when something breaks, they swap it out or give store credit if not available.

It is nice knowing that I have Geek Squad to turn to when something's going on with my devices my son's iPhone recently would not charge took it in even though I did not buy it from Best Buy and they fixed his charging port
