Great peace of mind for the price

It’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind knowing my device is covered against accidental damage or hardware failures. The monthly setup makes it easy to budget for, rather than paying a massive lump sum upfront. Highly recommend grabbing this if you're purchasing an expensive piece of tech

Peace of Mind Protection

Having protection for up to 24 months makes unexpected issues much less stressful, and the claims process is generally straightforward. One important thing to understand, though, is how reimbursement works. If your item is replaced or refunded, you typically receive the original purchase price—not the MSRP. This matters if you bought the item on sale or during a promotion, because you won’t be refunded the higher list price. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it is something people should be aware of before assuming they’ll get full retail value back.

Best Buy 2 yr protection plan

Great peace of mind knowing that if we need help, they can help. Only wish they left scheduling appointments with each store and not a call center.

This option is more flexible than a two-year plan. What convinced me to go with this plan was the accidental damage coverage. If I accidentally drop it or spill something on it while traveling, I can take it to Best Buy for repairs instead of waiting a month. It's reassuring to know that I'm protected if something goes wrong. If you're considering getting an Ally, I highly recommend this option for peace of mind.

Love the Picture but the remote, not so much!

That is one of the things about Sony TVs. The remotes are not very good! I actually found a $15.00 universal remote from Phillips that works better and is easier to navigate than the original remote!

Great protection

The one problem I had they took care of immediately they’re all about keeping the Customer happy.

Love the peace of mind having this protection

But, it does give me peace of mind knowing that BestBuy is there if I need the protection plan. Also saves me money on a protection plan. It is totally free with BestBuy total membership.

Came through when I needed it

The monthly cost is reasonable and the claim process was painless when I actually needed it. Worth every penny for the convenience alone.

Good Idea

I feel that there should be more appreciation and loyalty shown for their very long-time customers. I've been a customer since they came to our area in the 80's when my husband was a commissioned-based employee and helped open the store. I've experienced several changes. If your item has a 1yr manufacturers warranty it feels like Best Buy takes there hands off any issues the customer has within that 1st yr. So to me, that 1st year of coverage with Best Buy is a waste.

Worth it for Electronics

Knowing that your purchase is covered adds real peace of mind. If something goes wrong and it’s covered under the plan, the process of getting a repair or replacement is much easier than dealing with it on your own. For products like TVs and other electronics purchased from Best Buy, the protection feels like a smart extra layer of security. I’d rather have the coverage and not need it than need it and not have it. Overall, it’s a solid option.

A MUST HAVE SERVICE!!!

I had to replace a couple of devices and there was NO Questions since I have this Plan. Customer Service swapped device and I was on my way. The Great thing about the Plan is it also Fully Covers the Replacement Device as well!! This Plan has Saved Me SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Best savings for a membership

I love how All my transactions are recorded through the app when using the Best buy card. That way it shows how long each of your products are insured for (3 years). If I ever have that issue with any of my products geek squad's always there though walk me through it.

Mine did not come with feet in the box however and Best Buy wouldn't send me the feet rather wanted a service guy to come out or do me to return it
