Picture is perfect and tv speed is very fast for downloading and streaming

Tv reboots constantly, freezes, just got a green screen for the first time after resetting again this morning. Received 5 data corruption messages requiring a factory data reset. Bought this 5 months ago, figured TotalTech membership would support anything. Sadly, customer service refuses to help outside of bots and says I have to contact Sony, after telling me I wouldn’t have to with a total tech membership. What am I paying for if I have to go through the manufacturer? You said you’d schedule an in home repair appointment, and your agents just have me waiting on hold or going in circles on chat. Don’t think I’ll be renewing again.

Our TV died outside the manufacturer period but within coverage here. It took two weeks for an initial appointment, then another two weeks for the repair parts to be delivered and installed. A few days after our repair was complete, we found that the replacement parts are damaged!!! They provided a refurbished repair unit, that should have never passed Quality Control!! Store rep who sold me the plan did not advise of the delay for service or the $100 plan deductible. I wish I had done GSP instead! Major parts of damage were hidden by electrical tape!!!

I returned to Best Buy for repairs. When they weren't able to fix it, I got a complete refund. Even better: We bought a very expensive double-unit wall oven. The Best Buy team came out and carefully measured so that when the oven was delivered, installation was seamless. With the Best Buy Protection Plan, we have even better warranty/repair issues.

I am writing this review because I had super customer service with 3 people at the Va. Beach Best Buy. We had 3 different employees and they were all equally good at their job as well as giving me the best customer service. There was Patrick,Emma, and Connor. Now a days its hard to find people willing to spend time or do any extra work for you. These 3 people were outstanding and I wanted others to know. Thank you Best Buy and special Thanks to these employees. Best Buy is lucky to have them.
