Tv reboots constantly, freezes, just got a green screen for the first time after resetting again this morning. Received 5 data corruption messages requiring a factory data reset. Bought this 5 months ago, figured TotalTech membership would support anything. Sadly, customer service refuses to help outside of bots and says I have to contact Sony, after telling me I wouldn’t have to with a total tech membership. What am I paying for if I have to go through the manufacturer? You said you’d schedule an in home repair appointment, and your agents just have me waiting on hold or going in circles on chat. Don’t think I’ll be renewing again.

Our TV died outside the manufacturer period but within coverage here. It took two weeks for an initial appointment, then another two weeks for the repair parts to be delivered and installed. A few days after our repair was complete, we found that the replacement parts are damaged!!! They provided a refurbished repair unit, that should have never passed Quality Control!! Store rep who sold me the plan did not advise of the delay for service or the $100 plan deductible. I wish I had done GSP instead! Major parts of damage were hidden by electrical tape!!!

This has been great. I've had them out to help setup things like my wall mounted TV. They took care of installing the mount, setting of the electronics, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They were super friendly and helpful.

The 2 gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator today were very professional patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that they took the doors off to deliver the Refrigerator into my basement. They were very courteous and nice.

Geek Squad transferred the files and programs from my 2014 ASUS to my new MS Surface Pro laptop. They were very professional and did a great job. Spencer was my contact and they were always available for questions during the process. It is so worth it to be a Total Tech customer.
