    Any time i have an issue with a product I buy, Best Buy’s protection plan and customer service is the best! Totally worth the membership!!!

    The two guys from the Geek Squad who came to install our TV were great. They were friendly and very helpful with the setup of certain Apps that we use.

    Love having the peace of mind of best but protection. Only used it once on big screen tv and they ended up getting me a brand new tv to replace one that broke.

    I recently required a re-set on my 43-inch Bravia TV. I didn't realize that the service now requires a cost of 129.00 charge in addition to my GEEK coverage. Age and physical limitations prevent me from bringing the tv to the story. Adding the cost of $129.00 dollars would also be a hard ship for me because I purchased the extended warranty/coverage etc. I was pleased that the agent made exceptions for me on the phone to take the appointment at no additional cost. The agent arrived on time to service the TV and as always, I felt assured that it was in working order. My concern and disappointment are with the new GEEK squad contract after being a client for several years has always assured me that the linked in service would help get me back online. The additional cost while I try to arrange for the item to be returned to the store is really going to be inconvenient'

    Protection for the real world where things happen. BestBuy has fixed or refunded the purchase price of equipment that I have had failed in our real world home.
