Worth Every Penny — Total Peace of Mind! I can’t believe I ever bought tech without Best Buy’s Monthly Protection Plan. Seriously — it’s one of those things you don’t realize you need until something goes wrong. When my tablet’s screen cracked, I expected a long, painful process. Nope. One quick chat with Best Buy support, and they had it fixed fast — no stress, no hidden fees, no “sorry, that’s not covered.” Just done. What I love most is the freedom. Accidents? Covered. Power surges? Covered. Even wear and tear over time — still covered. It’s like having a personal tech bodyguard for just a few bucks a month. You spend hundreds (sometimes thousands) on your devices — so why risk it? This plan protects everything that matters after the warranty runs out. If you’re buying anything from Best Buy — a laptop, iPad, TV, or phone — get the Monthly Protection Plan. You’ll thank yourself the moment life happens.

Would be a five start BUT…. The router sets up a guest network when first set up, becoming completely unstable for 2.4G WiFi. Turn off and delete the “IOT” guest network that is set up for you by default. Then set up the regular 2.4G WiFi band and the rest of the router, and everything works perfect. Had to remove a star for quality and value because by default this router is completely unstable, but an easy fix.

Fantastic monitor! The flicker is definitely a thing but once you fix that—this is an amazing monitor! Went from 2 separate monitors taking up my desk to one! Great quality for work and beautiful game quality!!

I absolutely love this air conditioner! This company has considered everything from unboxing to installation. This air conditioner was a “breeze” to install! This is the second Windmill Air conditioner that I have purchased. The functionality of these air conditioners is second to none in my opinion. I enjoy using the app on my cell phone to control these air conditioners from wherever I am. I had one instance with one of my air conditioners was not reading on my phone after a while so I contacted customer service and they were awesome! I will likely be replacing my upstairs unit with one of these next summer. I highly recommend not only this air conditioner, but the company that is behind it!

Have used calendars before but this one is a clear easy way to see what events are going on each day and easy to add to the calendar. A must for busy lives

Great that almost all products bought while being a BB member and maintaining BB membership receive 24 months of whatever protection plan BB offers for the product and have the option to continue the protection plan by paying a reasonable monthly rate.

I got soundbar 900, base module and 700 series satellites. Sound (music) is great regardless of source. When getting ATMOS source (stream, DTv, etc) it could be amazing or so-so. The only problem (big though) is that soundbar does not want to stay attached to your wifi (all other devices around house have no problem staying connected for months at end), and that remote is too minimalistic. Can't do much without Soundbar being connected to the SmartPhone (and as I said, it doesn't want to stay connected to wifi). I spend about 15 minutes daily reconnecting BS900 to my phone and wifi. Another problem is that it often changes which way it prefers being woke up (when you switch on TV) - which of 9 options works with ARC input. Default works 50% of time, option 2 about 30% of the time and others are evenly spread. The disconnection is weird, as it keeps connection to outside wold (you can always pres 1-6 preset, and it will play from any streaming service you had set), but it will not go back to your phone. Yes same wifi. YEs I know what I am doing - was doing it since you needed to start your day with "ATDT...".... Someone at BOSE please redo the firmware on this thing so you can get another star (if oyu care). Yes, I updated firmware - and yes I tried bose app on 7 different phones tablets on both iOS and Android - exactly same crap. You can control SB900 from your mobile device for 30-120 minutes (on occasion I hit 3 hrs), after which 'it can't be found' and you need to reconnect it. Which is also quite mainful operation. I tried with open wifi, protected wifi, a, b, c, d...xyz - it is always the sae. Seems it is waiting to fdrop its IP as soon as possible. Again -sound is exactly what you expect from BOSE, bass is good and satellites do the job. But software folks at BOSE need to go back to drawing board. Oh yes, please give me remote with more than 3 functions.
