I've had to use the geeksquad protection plan several times with my phone (small children and phones don't always mix) and have had a great experience each time.

It is so good to know that the Geek Squad is there whenever problems arise. They are knowledgeable and there when you need them. It is a very affordable source of help.

I have this plan on all of our phones. I've only had to use it once, but when I did, it was great because best buy just gave me a new phone to replace the broken one

I love having geek squad for a backup plan for my phone. I can always go to the store and talk to a human if I have any issues. That is definitely a plus.

Had to get a new phone using this insurance and it was simple and easy. Kind of pricey though to have to pay an extra fee on top of my monthly charge.

I had major concerns with my Samsung s7 Phone.. pictures were being saved in various plasces and i didnt understand how to combine them... Geek Squad fixed it!

1 month after I bought my son a new phone it got crushed under the wheel of a car. That night we went to Best Buy, filed a claim and 2 days later he had a new phone.

The couple Geek Squad interactions I've had have been good. The staff took time to explore multiple solutions to resolve an issue I had with a smart phone.

Kids tend not to be as careful with their electronic devices and this protection plan gave me piece of mind when I bought an expensive phone for my teenage son.

I hope I never have to use but it's good to have. I've seen too many broken screens. Would recommend for anyone who goes case-less and/or let's a 5yr use sometimes.

Hassel free. My replacement phone arrived the next day. They give you 30 days to return your old phone. Very nice and courteous people. Love the Geek Squad.

U alwats get geek squad protection..it's definitely worth it.. easy customer service etc..haven't needed yet for this product but I have used for others

This is a great purchase if you want to protect your expensive electronics and make it reasonable to replace of you experience catastrophic damage.

I get all of my devices protected. I have broken thibgs or things stopped working and with this i dont have to worry about havibg to spend money i dont have

I like that I can earn reward points for buying my phone protection through Best Buy. It's a good service to have for someone like me who is a total clumsy person.

This coverage is cheaper then the one Verizon offers. And I haven't had to use it yet. I just didn't like that when I got a new phone best buy told me that the plan would transfer over to my new phone and after looking over my statement I realized that for 7 month's they were charging me coverage for 2 phones!! I had to call them to get it straighten out which took half an hour to do and the guy had such a heavy accent, I couldn't understand anything that he was saying.

If anything every happens to your investment you're covered! Perfect to have, especially if you're prone to phone damages. And a low monthly coat for insurance!

I've had to use the Geek Squad protection on my son's phone and they were very helpful. If purchasing a new phone or product I would certainly sign up again.

Any time I have questions they have always been friendly and professional. Very helpful. When they explain things, they don't make me feel like an idiot. ;-)
