Entertaining and without vulgarity, more like intellectual comedy, a relief from the typical American comedy that relies on cursing and or racial topics.

What is left to be said for this excellent and now classic comedy. An absolute must have comedy for your film collection. I return to this film every few months for laughs and it never disappoints. Highly recommend this new excellent Blu-ray.

This movie is a must see for anyone who loves good comedy, parody and just plain absurdity at it's best. I would recommend this movie to anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, and it is a must to watch with a group of like minded people.

One of my all time favorite comedies, and truly a timeless classic. The movie itself is top notch, and this blu-ray is the best home release yet. This re-mastery looks much better (for the most part) than the DVD release. The only reason for 4 stars is because the visual upgrades are hit and miss. Some scenes were not touched up as much as others, and a few minor scenes appear to have been unaltered from the previous release. Still a fantastic movie.

For me, Monty Python and the Holy Grail never gets old. It's simply one of the greatest comedies ever made. I've been reciting lines from this since I was a kid, and the killer rabbit scene is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

I loved watching the special features on this Blu-ray! I already owned the dvd from years ago, but watching the Pythons on stage and in interviews, without a script or sketch to perform, together was worth the upgrade!

British comedy team, Monty Mython, re-tell the tail of King Arthur and the knights of the round table in search of the Holy Grail as ordered by God! They encounter the Black Knight, rude frenchmen, a killer rabbit and much more!

one of the funniest movies... period! of course if this irreverent and over the top silly jokes are not your thing.... then runaway!..... just enjoy the movie. it really is classic.my 13 year old loves it now and telling all her friends!

I bought this bluray for my wife as a gift and she laughed a lot as well as my teenage kids. I haven't watched it yet but I will have to based on what they said about it. I did see the opening credits and they were funny.

A must have for fans, this classic needs to be part of every movie collection. Has you laughing from the start! A great way to escape while enjoying all the crazy scenes!

What can I say! This is a must-have for all you comedy enthusiast. If your young pick it up and introduce yourself to this gem of a movie. They are so many funny scenes in this movie that will make you laugh.

If you have not seen this film: a.) where have you been? and b.) what are you doing tonight? Are you busy? Well not anymore, you need to see this one. 40+ years after its release and this film is still comedy gold.

The movie speaks for itself. It's a comedy classic. I picked this up as a gift for my brother and he was every bit as excited as I hoped he'd be when he opened it. The catapult and rubber animals was just too good to pass up.

This has to be one of my all-time favorite comedies, so when I saw it on sale for $5(when you buy 2 movies) at Best Buy, I couldn't pass it up! It's a great movie anyway, so getting to see it in blu-ray just added to the great deal.

It has big pointy teeth that's just one of the many great lines in this movie. I own this movie on DVD but it's such a great classic that I needed it on blu ray. Where did you get those coconuts ...... Another great scene buy this movie.

I have been a fan of the Monty Python films since my twenties and I still love them. I was very excited to find this 40 Year Anniversary Edition at the Best Buy store! Can’t wait to watch it again.

This is a must have for any Python fan, or anyone who appreciates British humor. I had to finally break down and get the Blu-Ray for posterior, er posterity.

All I can say is get ready to laugh. Not everything is funny, it is British after all, but it has some hilarious moments. Again, buy this during the Sony buy one get one free sale. Buy two movies for $10.00. A very great deal.

Definitely my favorite Monty Python film. Wish the local BB carried more of them on bluray like Meaning of Life or And Now for Something Completely Different. Guess I'll just have to order them...

If you have ever watched it you would know why I had to go for the Blu-ray when it came out. If you haven't watched it - you need to watch it. You might need to watch it a few times to fully enjoy the comedy!
