I purchased the Moochies Connect Smartwatch for my 6 year old niece and our family is loving it so far! The watch feels quality without being too bulky (bonus points for water resistance). It's also a great kid friendly tech product that isn't tied into social media, but can feel "cool" with the camera and calling features. Overall, great kids smartwatch at a great price!

I can’t speak enough to the durability that has survived a 10 year old boy biking/sprinklers/who knows and the thing is still working 2 years later. Yes the interface can be a bit clunky and the GPS isn’t perfect. Video/phone/text always works (as long as you update the software when needed) there are much more expensive option that don’t have as many features and from what I see aren’t any better or more reliable unless you want to put a $300 Apple Watch on a kid in which case good luck because it will probably break or get stolen. I don’t know any other watch that does video calls but that is the slam dunk feature for me as I can see where my kid is. Look up the backstory on this brand and you will see why it is the best choice.

Terrible watch, took Days to get a phone number to add. The directions to activate are scetchy and you don't even create an online account to monitor the monthy sim card fee....AND you have to send an email to them asking to cancel your subscription. My daughter also got ghost calls while she was at school or standing right next to me and asking me why I'm calling her. I wish the return time hadnt expired cuz this needs to go back

Wonderful in theory, terrible in practice. This item pretty much just doesn't work. Setup is a pain, the location is not very accurate, and not a single one of the other features worked. Their customer service was polite but ultimately not very helpful. Really wish that they would work out their technical issues and their bugs because this would be a fantastic product if it actually worked as advertised.

DO NOT BUY THESE WATCHES> i seriously bought two last christmas 2023 and i have one still brand new unused that i would give you literally. I hooked one up with the moochies plan and their trash watches. theres a million more reliable options for a childs watch then this one the moochies tracking service does not work. the moochies plan and operation itself is not reliable and a waste of your hard earned money. PS just because the watch is durable and it holds battery life and is comfortable doesnt mean the watch service and purpose of use are worth it. the main points of buying this watch all get zero stars. but its asking for star ratings on things that are actually not important for why we are buying this watch. battery life doesnt matter when the watch will not accurately not even close to remotely track the location of the child wearing it. i swear the things are useless.

Terrible watch! I wasn’t able to contact my son AT ALL when he was wearing it. The watch had to be charged every day because it kept trying to find service. It had connectivity issues from the start and customer service at Moochies did not offer any customer support other than emails that took days to respond. It uses AT&T, so if their service is poor where you live, don’t bother getting this watch. We are returning this watch and will find another smartwatch for him.

The watch doesn't work and the Moochies customer service never answer my emails for mi to stop the service!! Because I will return the watch. My kid was able to call me for about 3 days and that it never work againg!!! Even though I resets it for updates and nothing!!!

The battery life was not good at all. It would last the day and my child would not be making calls or anything extra. When my child would call to their Mom or Siblings the call would not go through. Text was the same issue.

I returned this watch because the service was unreliable and even after troubleshooting with Moochies service, all of the functions of the watch failed to work. I purchased for my minor son for safety so I needed it to work consistently. I returned to Best Buy with no issues and Moochies did refund my service plan cost since I was never able to use it. Those were the only positives. I went with the Gizmo watch through Verizon and it’s been great.

The watch is very bad, it doesn't work at all and I plan to return it, make calls, send messages and that's disgusting, it doesn't work, it freezes.

I bought this watch and the battery life was horrible, And actually this is not the one for kids, means not so easy to operate. even with doing anything it drains out, and within 20 day I replaced with a new one but didn’t work for me and I had to request for subscription cancellation both the times.

Disappointed bought for grandson and have not been able to hook up

0 stars. Wouldn’t connect with my carrier. Went to their own service carrier, which required service payment before activating service, which I paid, but never connected.

This was by far the worst product ever on the planet Earth I'm so in disbelief that Best Buy would have this product in their stores and selling it this cell phone will never power up will never make calls with never connect to the app with never connect to Wi-Fi it just overall sucked a complete disappointment

the charge doesnt last, has a couple of glitches, hard to stay in tuch with your child

Link to setup the watch does not work. It’s says it’s a scam don’t put your info and you can’t do anything in the web page.

Battery life is bad. Doesn’t last a day. There’s no manual or customer service number. All “support” is via email and not immediate. I wouldn’t recommend this watch. Don’t waste your time or money.

Horrible, gps does not work well, off by a quarter mile. Customer service cant get it together to fix the issue.

Great concept but have had to replace it twice. Needs to be charged after about 8 hours, reception is not always great. Support is only virtual, but is responsive.
