Customers are saying

Customers admire the Now Activity Tracker (Medium) for its ease of use and intuitive design. However, some users report inconsistencies with the activity tracking feature, noting that it sometimes fails to record data accurately. Specifically, the device's ability to track various activities, particularly those beyond simple running, has been questioned. Improvements in the accuracy of activity tracking would enhance the overall user experience.

First off, I really did do my research on this device, and it had excellent ratings. I wanted a fitness band that would fit my ankle and was waterproof, and this was both. It came with 2 sizes for straps, and the large would accommodate a very large ankle. The rubber is very soft & light and was unnoticeable. HOWEVER.... There was no mention ANYWHERE about compatibility with certain phones. I downloaded the app to my Galaxy Note 3 and everything went smoothly UNTIL I tried to sync with the Bluetooth. No can do. I kept trying & trying, thinking something was a fluke. I kept getting the message 'ERROR Unable to communicate with Moov'. I went online & researched further into compatibility (something none of the reviews or the MOOV site ever mentioned) and these are the iOS devices supported: - iPhone 4S5, 5C, 6, 6 Plus - iPod Touch (5th gen or newer) -iPad 3, 4 - iPad Air, Air 2 -iPad Mini (all generations) Here are the Android devices supported: - Android 4.4+ (for the all-in-one Moov app) - Android 4.3+ (for Moov's 5 separate sports apps) - Bluetooth 4.0 with BLE (a.k.a. Bluetooth Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart). It says the BLE comes with some, but not all devices equipped with Bluetooth 4.0. HUGE bummer. I REALLY wanted to love this, but I'm not upgrading my phone for it. Back to Best Buy it goes.
