Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've lost count of the number of Juice Packs I've had over the years (great product to date) but have an issue that I've not experienced before on the latest Juice Pack that I bought last January when I upgraded my phone. On three occasions when I'm using my juice pack to charge my phone, the juice pack is heating the phone up. Most recently, it got hot enough that the phone gave me the "Temperature iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it" warning..." Hopefully, Mophie replaces it.
