Worked great...for two weeks

We bought the first 9 months ago and it's still working great. However, this new one died after two weeks. It just wouldn't charge anymore. Best Buy refunded my money with no questions asked.

They offer great customer service and a exceptional product. If I ever have a issue mophie takes care of it . So until someone changes my mind I’m staying put.

Nice case expected more of a charge

Not enough charging power

sturdy case but not impressed with extra battery
