Case fits well & does protect my phone. Instructions leave a lot to be desired & I'm not entirely sure I'm using the battery correctly. I was under the impression this case would charge the phone after the phone ran down. That is not the case & the phone will show a 60% charge and NO lights will show on the case battery display whatever. When phone is @ 40%, I must put the phone on the pad or it will go off all at once on low battery. I use the phone for photos in attics sometimes & need enough charge for pics so I have to stay near the charger!

This is a heavy duty charge case for your phone. It protects your phone from the kids and my clumsy hands. When you plug your phone into charge, the device will charge after your phone is done charging. This has extended my phones battery life by double. The phone doesn't get hot by charging it. It is a little heavy at first until you get used to it. I had to order a audio adappter from mophie in order to use my headset. It doesn't come with one; and I had to call customer service because it wasn't listed on mopho's website.

The charger is super slim. Keeps the charge all day. Only drawback is the button on the back sticks out a little and turn itself on.

I got this for my friend. He really enjoys it and says his battery hasn’t ran out yet which is great bc he needs his phone while he works! It also has wireless charging which he likes as well!

Item doesn't charge at the same time the phone charges. Once phone hits 100 then the pack charges which makes charging time take twice as long. Button is sensitive so randomly starts charging while in your pocket. Is convenient as to having a charger without having to carry an extra juice pack and cable around.

I've always needed a portable charger for other phones but this mophie case is way better! It charges within an hour and last all day. It's also compatible to wireless powershares so that's a bonus!

This is my second Mophie. First was for a Samsung, Galaxy 7. This one is a for a Samsung Galaxy 10. This has been a real plus when the day has been long and I have not had a chance to re-charge my phone. There were times in the past when my phone was out of juice in the evening and I still needed it. So I just flip the switch on the Mophie and I can keep on going. Easy to use. Best Buy has been a good place to purchase these. This time I needed to purchase it online since store hours and inventories are limited, It came in a few days ready to go. I have had the new one 2 weeks now. I would purchase this again.

I'm a person who's phone is always dead so this comes in handy. It feels great in my hand and not too bulky. You just have to remember to CHARGE IT!

I like this for the slim fit, the ability to charge both batteries at tge same time. I tend to accidentally take many screenshots, though.

I've been using Mophie's for my phones for years. I've gone cheap and gotten less expensive competitor products only to be disappointed with them not working or having their paint peal off.

Works great, gets me though my work shift without my phone dieing. Wish it had better protection but oh well

Next time I would buy a stronger long lasting power supply, this was ok.

Great as a portable battery charger but doesn't protect the phone well. My galaxy s10 still broke with the case on from a 4 ft drop onto a wood floor

I love the case, always came in handy when needed most. Better than carrying a charger as long as charged fully and turned off until needed.

Allows my girlfriend to use her phone throughout the day without the worry of a dead phone or having to carry a external battery with her.

Mophie by far is the best brand for protection and power. Juice pack does what is intended to do. I am up from 6am till 5pm at 100 percent.
