I have had this case for about a month and it works great. I have tested this on the beach where it got wet several times and sandy just the same. I tell you I had no worries for it worked great. I even forget my phone was in my pocket when I sat in the hot tub, but it received calls and I answered it just the same. Touch screen works well and the finger print 9/10 times. Usually if I'm rushing trying to unlock my phone with the finger print scanner it won't recognize so that could be a little frustrating at times. My only reason for 4 stars is the sound quality while the phone is in the case. The sound was muffled and if you tried to crank up the volume it became this agonizing distorted buzzing sound like a speaker was busted. If you are trying to hear something and need to hear it you will see for yourself what I mean. Extra battery life was a life saver for all the busy occasions when I'm far from a charger in site. It will definitely charge your phone from low percentage back to 100%.

I want to start off saying I use my phone for work almost all day so my battery was always dead or almost by the time I got home, not with this case just a push of the button on the back and it's charging and quicker then actual charger. Reason I rate 4 stars is because the sound is distorted slightly but after messing with it I have it almost fixed, other than that it's an amazing product for the money spent!

The case is heavy duty. It protects the phone well and does not let water in. (You need to test the case before putting the phone in). Charging the phone with the backup battery is very easy, however your iPhone charger will not work when the phone is in the case, you have to have the power cord that comes with the case. It is also a lot heavier than a normal case, but that is to be expected with a backup battery and waterproofing design. It's a very good case overall.

This case is fantastic i had it for 8 months compared to a new pelican case every 3 months the extra battery is amazing it lasted threw constriction sights i drooped it off a ladder and its water proof. Im definitely getting another one worth every penny. Ive gone 3 days without plugging my phone in. cons headphone jack cover is flimsy hard to remove case. best use would be to put your phone in and never remove it . i have an iphone 6 plus and have had it since the day it came out and it still looks like new

Not a bad case but it distorts the sound on my iPhone. I like listening to podcasts on my phone through the speakers without headphones. Well, the case makes everything sound muffled and full of static. Take the phone out of the case and the difference in sound quality is drastically improved. Another major issue is the buttons and the fingerprint sensor. They all suffer with this case. The buttons are difficult to use. I bought a similar case from a mophie competitor that shall remain nameless (LifeProof Fre Power) and it is so much better. Of course it is also 20 bucks more, but worth it in every way possible!

Love how simple it is to use, especially the extra battery charge I now have. Huge plus also knowing that this case is water resistance and a solid protection case, so now I can walk around knowing my phone is well protected for just about any surprising occurrences (Of course within reasoning). Loved it so much I also bought one for the wife.

This is my 6th Mophie that I have purchased for various iPhone models over the years. I bought this one because I liked the waterproof capabilities. The larger size was noticeable, but I figured it was a tradeoff for it being waterproof. The buttons and switches were also not as functional with the main menu button on the iPhone being a lot harder to press (sometimes it wouldn't register after pressing pretty hard). Also, the screen on the case that covers the phone screen gets tiny dents in it from regular use and carrying it in your pocket. I prefer the regular Mophie Case and will have to pass on my case being waterproof for durability and functionality reasons.

I took my iPhone in the water in Cabo and it stayed completely dry with the Juice Pack on. The Juice Pack takes a while to charge and seems to run out of juice more quickly than my non-waterproof version, and I just realized that the videos I take with it on have really poor audio. They sound like the teacher in Charlie Brown cartoons is in the background and she won't shut up. Also, the display is a little cloudy looking, but hey, you can swim with it and get pictures and videos underwater.

Tsince i bought it ive been to the beach and the lake a couple of times and it hasn't disappointed me the pictur s under water looked pretty discent and never had a problem of water going in to the case the only thing bad bad i have to say about this case is the audio quality coming from the speakes sound muffled and when you're in a call you saound like you're in a box

Very good for running out of battery juice from your phone to have this as a back up for a long day with out having a charger handy. Also the case is pretty nice as well. A little on the heavy side but it's a battery that's long lasting with no worries of running out of juice.

This makes a great case for protection and performance. The size is no big deal, you're carrying a plus anyway. The battery back up makes twice the phone capacity and the case is water resistant too. Great product.

Better than a Lifeproof case. The battery will re-charge your 6 Plus/ 6S Plus to ~85%. You can still speak and the other person can still hear you thru the case. Speaker audio is clearly audible with the case on. Very sturdy and gives the phone some weight and great protection.

its a lot bulkier than the original battery case I had but it is water proof, I had to remove the Zagg glass shield I installed when I first got my phone because it wouldn't seal completely, but it works good.

The mophie juice pack battery case has given good protection (I've dropped my phone a couple of times) and have been very pleased with the extended charge time on my phone.

I just wanted a battery case while on a rural vacation and the Best Buy I stopped at only had this model. I figured bonus with the water protection but...the Touch ID was way too unreliable and I found the phone and case to be much too bulky. I returned the case and will just carry an external backup battery.

Great cover unless u actually want to use the sound then it either muffles or or makes it hard to hear

great with protection against water, but sound it muffled when playing stuff, but other than that, its great

The battery is great the feel of the cases good but because of the plastic cover it echoes and you can't do touch ID

I'm on my third case. They really work great for protection and the extended battery service is wonderful!

This case is very protective. However, it is difficult to text or dial numbers through the protective screen. While using the speakers, the sound is muffled.
