I mainly got this for my 17 year old nephew , as I am not an avid gamer but I have always enjoyed Mortal Kombat . I like that it is the complete edition and features characters such as Freddy Krueger and others. They have good visuals and no real complaints so far . I got it on sale for under $15 , so I'm very happy with the purchase

I love this game. It is fun and my gf's kids had previously dug out my old Nintendo and played MK 1, 2, & 3 and were stoked to find tgis anf for only $19.99, you can't beat it

Better fatalities. More game modes. Excellent graphics. A lot of fighters to choose from including ad ons and hidden charactets. All in all the best MK to date.

For everything you're getting -- an excellent and exceptionally nostalgic fighting experience with DLCs included -- at a valuable price, Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition has to be one of the easiest purchases in your collection. It's not a special edition as much as it is a thoughtful, tailor made buy for anyone who hasn't already purchased the game or the DLCs. For casuals or traditional kombatants, no one could go wrong with it, it's the best in the franchise.

I have literally played every game in this series. This is just one more good game in the series. Extra characters a plus.

Best buy movies / games are always at the best price in the market. Also they always have good deals and specials. I always go to BB for my games, movies and electronics.

Got it for my son 7 years old without seeing the age content which is "M"! I have to hide right away from him but I did play it with my wife and we have a lots of fun!

I have enjoyed the Mortal Kombat game since it was an arcade game. This game is great because it includes all the characters from the original game as well as introducing some other characters you may be familiar with, such as Freddy Krueger. If you enjoyed any of the Mortal Kombat series then you will definitely enjoy this game!

This game was and still is challenging for me. I'm still learning the moves, but will master this game soon enough.

The first fighting game we got for the house, and the kid loves it! Having the Freddy Download included is awesome too.

The latest installment did not disappoint. . classic over the top gore n blood. .the response seems to a lag just a tad bit. . but good graphics, nice character options with kratos n all. . Over all good . You get what you expect from a mortal combat . .good for all out guys gore n blood

This game is a lot of fun, especially for those of us who grew up with MK in the 90s. Game comes with a "challenge tower" that has around 400 challenges if I remember correctly. There's a story mode which is really cool.. Cutscenes blend seamlessly into fights. Of course there is also the classic arcade mode. Lots of unlockables and extras, and all of the characters you know and love from the MK series are here. The game also has online features but I haven't used those enough to comment on them. As for downsides, I feel like the 2D-style fighting might not be enjoyable for some. The graphics are all 3D but I call it 2D-style because there's no side-stepping or anything like that. For fans of classic MK it feels right but those who didn't grow up with it may feel like it's lacking. Also the game can be pretty cheap sometimes, but what fighting game isn't at least occasionally? Definitely a great buy for MK fans, or fans of fighting games in general if you don't mind the 2D-style fighting.
