I was a little apprehensive about buying this at first because of how sloppily the regular style shells stuck to the back of my phone's. That fear was unfounded. It hangs on there, and no amount of shaking I can reasonably do with my moto z can get it to fall off. Also, the pictures on the internet of the herringbone style packs don't do any justice to how this looks on my z play. The shade of gray of this mod looks great with the weave pattern. The charging capability of this shell is okay. I charged my z play from 41% to 100% in a little over 2 hours... Luckily I had nowhere to be. A downside to wireless charging is that it's a little more difficult to use your phone while charging it unless you're just listening to music or watching a flick. Unfortunately, I didn't grab one while they were $32 on sale. Definitely recommend!

Only reason we bought this was for the wireless charger...it has a cool texture to it though, works like it should and that’s all that matters

Neat feature to add wireless charging. Got it free when I bought the Moto z play. It adds and nice feel to the phone.

This moto mod works well. I do not have a wireless charger so I don't use it much but it does work. Tested it on a friend's charger

Finally the wireless charging she'll mod for the Z lineup. It works great and is not too much thicker than the standard wood shell. The only knock I can give it is the fabric cover is not as durable as a Pixel fabric case.

I had a wireless charger from my Galaxy note. I realized that my Moto did not have wireless out of box. This mod did the trick!

A sort of different case covers. I like the design and the easy placement, just attach it and magnet does the rest. Cool!

My son has dropped the phone with no damage. I do wish there were more options for his type of phone.

Works with both types of wireless chargers I have. My standard back on my Z2.

MotoZ 2 Play user here. I am using this with an Insignia charging pad. I have to normally set the phone down, which the pad rejects the first time, pick it back up, and then re-set it down for the wireless charging to work. Annoying, but once it is charging it works as intended.

Set up on wireless car holder - base and works great. Does not add much depth to phone

Works as it should. But I have a protective case on my phone. It's a hassle to take off one case, put on charging shell, the put other case back on afterwards. Need a protective case with wireless charging!

Love this case. Strong and great looking. Hugs phone well and easy to get on and off when needed.
