    I'm a simple man with simple needs! Techy friends told me it has no bells and whistles, but everything I've wanted it to do, it has done and features I love. I switched from a Galaxy S7, so I believe I had a fairly sophisticated phone for the time. Cleaner simpler interface than my other phone. For what I paid (under $175), I really have no idea why I paid over $700 for a Galaxy phone.

    Ordered phone Jan14th. Received January 22nd. Return period only 14 days. I would think that Certified refurbished should mean phone works and is certified to do so. Of course shortly after the return period closed phone begins randomly shutting down, screen is black with Android robot and in auto bootloader mode. This happens several times a day and has caused many important calls and messages to be missed. Spoke with customer service, Motorola and warranty department several times. Only option is warranty repair. Being without phone for days. Had to replace the phone (purchased new one elsewhere, and just want to return defective phone and get credit back on my best buy credit card. Been customer for a very long time, and never needed to return anything before. The one time I do, it has literally been the worst experience of my life. So much time and energy and no one willing to help or even consider helping. So basically 45 days later have an unusable phone on my credit card. Don't think will be purchasing anything further from best buy! Plan to cancel card too!

    It came with a Samsung Charger and C cable. Otherwise, it was everything I expected. It's a great phone for its time. You get a lot more phone for the price it is. It has a good camera and lots of room to ad to. There's nothing I dislike about this phone.

    Motorola has always had great products. Although this phone was refurbished, it feels new. Great overall performance.
