Definitely recommend the phone

It's pretty easy to use and has a bright screen that is easy to read. The actual Moto instructions are a bit hard for my husband to understand but a young savvy person would have no trouble. I definitely recommend it. My husband had an iPhone and it just wouldn't keep power and was very hard to read. This is a huge improvement!

The standout feature for me is the battery life — it easily lasts all day with heavy use, and often stretches into the next day without needing a charge, which is amazing for a phone at this price point.

Decent for generic uses along with tap to pay

Takes a bit of getting used to many settings which are different from other Android versions and phone brands. Also automatically installs other stuff with some that can't be removed. Doesn't show carrier and no option to show.

A worthy budget replacement to a more expensive ph

I thought I'd get a cheaper phone for now and upgrade later. I chose the Moto G Power mainly because it has eSim capability, which allows your carrier to activate your phone immediately. But after using it for a few weeks, it does pretty much everything my old phone did. It has good specs like 8GB of RAM plus a RAM-Boost setting. I like the fingerprint reader embedded in the power button. Sensitive and responsive. Beats touching a spot on your screen. The surprise feature is the FM Radio chip which works great. Overall I'm very happy with the Moto G power and will stick with it. It's a bargain phone with real value.

Full Featured Strong Cellular Phone

The touchscreen is fast and responsive. It is something I was exactly looking for. It is an extremely strong solid feeling phone where it feels like it should last a very long time. The wireless charging works great and is very fast. The Android system is familiar. I like the headphone jack, the large screen size and resolution, the large RAM, the powerful microprocessor, the large RAM storage, the available microSD storage, and the color. The cellular phone contains so much.

Lacks elegance of earlier OS but nice enough.

It's fast and has lots of storage capacity. I chose this one because it has decent storage, wireless charging, accepts a micro SD card and, is network unlocked. It turns out that purchasing this phone without signing up for a service was actually $20 lower than one with a new service. I was not going to sign up for a new service either way. However, the price is usually higher for a phone without. Perhaps an oversight from BestBuy in this case. I don't really like the OS, Android 14. After getting used to it, it works fine. I'm starting to like it. My previous phone is Android 9. This OS lacks the elegance and sexiness that my old phone had, as well as a bunch of features and options, some of which may have directly been from LG. It's like a stripped down version on the face, far less customizable. But as far as outright function, it is so far flawless and very fast. The comparison of the OS above is noticed on PC and Apple as well so, apparently that's just where the industry has gone at this point, cold and generic. For the money I do recommend this phone. It does what it's supposed to and it's inexpensive enough to replace when they decide it's obsolete.

Upgraded from 2023 Moto G Power to a 2024 Moto G P

Usually when upgrading a phone I've have to fix things for a week or more afterwards, but not this time. And the performance is better than I'd hoped!

Adam De La Torre on Mueller Geek Squad is a Star!

We went in to the Mueller Best Buy and were able to talk to Adam De La Torre within 20 minutes without an appt. Adam was extremely helpful, polite and professional and he went the extra mile after an initial unexpected problem he found a way to resolve it and got our phone unlocked for us. Adam's service and attitude was exemplary and Best Buy is lucky to have him on their Geek Squad. He's a rock star!
