Purchased phone after dropping my LG in water - this was a great upgrade - sleeker, faster, great camera (s) - happy with my purchase.

Moto G6 play is a very good budget phone at regular price. But it can get it on sale for less than $100 it a excellent buy either way highly recommend.

Great phone,crap headphone jack port. It broke after the second week.

I used it for a few months, then moved on. Worked OK but not really impressed by it.

Phone is amazing! No complaints. Works as it should. Will continue to buy Moto phones.

I dropped mine from less than 2 feet and my screen was toast, didn't have a case yet it arrived in the mail the next day smh

Before I got this phone I had the HTC 626 for 3 years. I like that this phone is very similar to that one in the features and design. But the fact that this is a Google phone is a bit irritating. I get pop ups a lot for different Google apps I should try, also it doesn't have a normal photo gallery, it's got that Google gallery and constantly wants to connect me to the cloud which is frustrating. I do like the “hey google” assistant, but half the time she doesn't hear me. Also I was a bit irritated with best buy cause I wanted the 32gb unlocked phone but they don't have Virgin Mobile SIMs cards..saying I would have to buy it online..i think that's bogus. Plus they guy seemed very uninterested in helping me or even seeing if there was another phone I might like better.i don't understand why best buy has SIMs cards for other carriers except Virgin Mobile...so in the end I got stuck with the 16gb phone Which I already have 8 gigs used up on basic apps. Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat. Aside from those things the phone has a good camera. It's fast. And the battery life is amazing. All in all it's a alright phone so far, I haven't had it all that long thou.

I bought the Virgin Mobile Moto G6 at Best Buy in Lacey to play Pokemon Go. The associate set up the phone up most of the way; however, he couldn't get data to work. After 30 minutes, I told him I'd call Virgin Mobile to fix it and we left. 2 1/2 hours later, after many calls to a center in India where I got the same scripted answer over and over, I still don't have data. The phone has a 14-day refund period (which I plan to use) but the prepaid plans do not. If you buy this phone on Virgin Mobile's network, you can't get a refund for the plan you pay for in advance, and you can't take this phone to a different carrier. As for the phone itself: PROS: Fast processing speed, large screen. CONS: Heavy, not user-friendly, battery isn't removable... and the SD card slot is really difficult to access --- if you need to remove your SD card, you also have to remove your SIM card with a little metal hook.
