Owned many phones. from iPhone 6, Galaxy S5, S6, S7, and I gotta say that I love this phone over the rest. The price-to-performance ratio is superb. I also usually don't like the 'features' that phone manufacturers add into android, and although you get a pretty much as close to stock experience as you can get(outside of the nexus line) Motorola did add in some super useful features that I use frequently. My only concern is with the purchase of Motorola by Lenova. I'm hoping they roll out Nougat within a reasonable time-frame, or roll it at all. We will see.

The Moto X Pure is a truly big-screen phone, sporting a 5.7-inch 1440p LCD display that’s rich and bright. At over 6 inches tall, it’s directly comparable in size to phones like the iPhone 6 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. That’s huge, especially if you have small hands, but this is the direction all phones are going. We find it less of a nuisance with every new phablet we test – it’s the way manufacturers are driving the industry, so we’d best get on board. Thankfully, there’s good reason to: A phone that can double as a tablet, a book page or a movie screen is a phone that’s hard to put down. Love it or hate it, 5.7 inches is the new normal.

Moto X pure is a superb with good camera and excellent battery. Its lightweight as compared to size. It comes with turbo charger but Best Buy did give turbo charger with the refurbished phone.

Good Buy for the price given, it does most of the things efficiently. For this price, I would say its a perfect phone,

Sad this refurbished item doesn't come with turbo charger or bumper case. Should only buy if its a good deal. Otherwise, its Compatible with almost any carrier. ATT works well. Service is exceptional. Screen is really good, 5.6" quad-HD really vibrant.

Excellent phone, excellent price, excellent service.

First phone I purchased would not reboot. Returned it and received a replacement that has been working fine. Easy to use - good size screen and decent features. Internal storage fills up quickly, but it has a memory card slot for additonal storage.

Phone came in great condition. Only downside is that it shipped with a done micro USB cable and 1amp Samsung charger. (doesn't support turbo charging)

It's a nice budget phone for a backup. It gets mild hot from doing basic tasks but I guess that can be cooled off.

I would honestly spend the extra money and not get the refurb. Came in great quality but the fast charger is worth the extra 15-20 bucks.

I wanted something which would let me do more and be large enough to read on yet small enough t carry in a pocket. For me this was it.

I ordered an unlocked Motorola Moto G and could not get it activated thru Verizon. I had ordered the Pure at the same time. I ended up returning them both.

I ordered this phone after seeing the fairly cheap price for the refurbished version of the phone. I read several reviews about the phone before ordering it so that I knew all the features and flaws of the phone. I received the phone in about a week with the free shipping option. Once I received the phone it was in an unmarked no detail white box. Inside of the small box was simply the phone, a charger, and the shipping invoice. The phone came in perfect condition and did not have a scratch on it at all. I could not tell it was not a brand new phone. I booted the phone up and it already had a nearly full charge. I setup my account info and got the phone activated with my phone service. The phone came with android 5.1.1 and I was able to upgrade to Android 6.0 over wifi immediately after setup. The phone operates fast and fluidly. The screen is a large and bright LCD . It is not as colorful as a AMOLED screen, but with the phone set to vibrant in the phone settings, the colors produced by the phone look pretty good. The front of the phone has dual speaker. These speakers are pretty amazing for phone speakers. They get quite loud and carry the sound well. Overall I am very happ with my phone. Pros: Nice large screen (Phablet pretty much) Dual speaker produce nice sound Phone charges fast with 9 Watt or higher charger ( refurbished phone did not come with it sadly) Phone is fast and has the latest version of Android. Phone is unlocked and works with all US carriers! Phone can use up to a 128 gigabyte SD card Cons: When processor is being worked( such as installing app updates back to back) the battery seems to drain abnormally fast. Battery life is great when talking, texting, or surfing. The refurbished version of the phone did not come with the 15 watt turbo charger that fully charges the phone in about an hour or to 30% in about 15 minutes. The phone did come with a standard slow charger.

I have been using this phone for a week and I'm definitely pleased with the device and the deal I got. The phone is refurbished but it looks brand new and was in perfect condition. As an overall device this phone is fantastic and running nearly stock Android so there is minimal lag. The screen is bright even in sunlight with great colors, the speakers are super loud and it lasts all day with normal use. I was even surprised that it does not feel like a 5.7" phone thanks to some smart design decisions. Calls are loud and clear with ear speaker, speakerphone, or bluetooth and music sounds great via phone speakers, bluetooth or aux/headphones. My 4G and wifi signals are fantastic and I get very good reception in areas that were questionable with my past devices. I also want to clear up a few pieces of wrong info I've seen in other reviews. First the description never advertised a Turbo charger. The charger and cable in my box were generic but this phone charges quickly from any Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 or 3.0 charger. If you want a Turbo charger buy one, you still saved a bundle with a refurb phone. Second I have Verizon and all I had to do was put in my sim card and everything worked perfectly. I'm not sure why others said this device doesn't work on Verizon because I'm seeing the fastest data speeds of any phone I've ever owned on Verizon. Finally the complaints.. The phone runs warm during certain activities including charging and this is well documented online. It seems to have cooled off a bit after a few charging cycles and with a case on so if yours runs hot get a case and give it a few days. There are limited accessories available for this device, and Bestbuy sells no cases, not even online so you have to order elsewhere. I personally got a Supcase but there are also Otterbox and Incipio options along with some generics. Next, with the 16GB model you only get around 10GB usable so make sure you get a fast SD card and set pictures music etc.. to save to SD. If you are a gamer don't get the 16Gb model because you will fill the storage, otherwise its fine for normal/business users. Finally this phone is lacking a fingerprint reader, IR blaster, and wireless charging all things I knew about going in but worth mentioning. Overall this is probably the best price vs performance phone available so get yours.
