Great Phone

Unfortunately, the phone was defective and required constant charging to remain alive. Best Buy staff was great. They did all they could to no avail. Best Buy took the phone back immediately and replaced it with a brand new phone. The staff then activated it and transferred everything from the defective unit to the new one, which has been working without issue. My hat is off to Best Buy and it's staff.

Good Phone, A Few Design Issues

Can't plug in headphones without a "dongle" - 2. The earpiece for phone calls is also the speaker - it has a tendency to break (I've had 3, all broke) 3. If the screen breaks, there's no way to override the screen and download data on the phone.

Amazing cyber Monday special

Easy to get used to as a new phone

Replacing a 8-9 yr old favorite, it works about the same but with larger letters on the keyboard and features I can turn on and off when I want to. I especially like the display coming on at a touch or even a wave to see the time in dark places.,
