best phone i ever had and good quality. rugged phone

This phone was fine for a while but then it started acting crazy and was unusable at times. It was replaced within the first year under warranty but the replacement stopped working within 6 months.

Phone was awesome and didnt come with several apps installed that wouldn't be used. Only disappointing thing was on day 5 I had to return the phone because it wouldnt charge. I did not get this phone again since it was an inconvenience.

I absolutely loved this phone. Unfortunately the battery gave up the ghost before it was even two years old. It would need charged every few hours. I ended up having to upgrade long before I would have liked to.

I love the moto droids they work wonderful in my area.

Like my new cell phone, great features and easy to use.

My only complaint is that the sales person led me to believe this phone was the model that you could get wet and was shock resistant. Phone it self works good. I also wish he would of told me a little more about the phone.

Came from Samsung made the switch over to Motorola

ive had the galaxy s4 and s6 and i have to say i prefer the galaxy better. I'm alot into personalizing my phone with themes and folders etc and the droid is way below in comparison to the galaxy.

I had a regular turbo for 2 years until os went down. upgraded to moto first week dropped it about 2 ft.shattered the shatterproof glass. not as tough as the old turbo

This phone is probably one of the worst I've had in years. It has no headphone port ...Instead you have to carry around another cord to plug anything in. Also Spotify will not work on this phone for some reason. There is no preloaded gallery like other Androids...So when you go to attach photos on social media it won't load. Wish I would have never gotten this phone.

Bought a smartphone from Best Buy during Thanksgiving. Wifi stopped working shortly after. Best buy refused to refund or exchange because it was after their 14 day warranty period. Most major retailers including amazon have extended warranty period to January if items are purchased during holiday season. Sales associate attitude was "Sorry, you should have bought our Geek Squad Warranty" . Problem is the monthly cost of Geek Squad warranty would have been 2 times the monthly installment of the phone the warranty is for. Will never buy any phone or any major purchase for that matter from Best Buy any more. This could happen to anyone on any brand cellphone or other major purchase from Best Buy with similar return policy. Buyer be aware. You are warned.
