Performance wise, this truly is an awesome phone. It is pretty fast opening and closing apps. The definition of the screen and quality of the pictures and videos is amazing. I love the USB c type charge port. I like that there is a flash for both cameras. One thing I do not like is that there are not as many functions as the Samsung Galaxy line of phones. I don't like that a lot of phones, including this one, are mimicking iPhones such that you cannot remove the battery and there is not headphone jack. Overall it's a great phone. Definitely recommend.

My Moto Z is perfect! I love the size of the screen, the memory, and the extra features like the ease of turning on the flashlight and the camera. I am so glad I purchased this phone!

I really like this phone. The Mods are great. I have the battery mod and the speaker mod. I really like them both. I would recommend this Phone.

This phone has a lot of good features and a few minor problems. The only negative worth mentioning is the battery life which is mediocre at best. It's not terrible but this phone would not work for a heavy user. The good news is that with battery mods this may not be a big deal. There are many things to love about the phone. The Moto actions, such as 'twist for camera', are a terrific feature. The OS is fairly clean and performs well while receiving regular updates. Performance is quite good, pretty standard for phones of this spec. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend this device.

Great smart phone large enough to view videos and play games but not bulky. The design is sleek but simple. I went from an iphone to this phone, but surprisingly I liked it.

I have to say, Motorola (Lenovo) did a good job! The battery is a little better over the Note 4, but if I wanted too, I have the option to buy the battery mod. It is the thinnest phone I have every owned. I bought a ( Cover On ) case from ebay for this phone and it is still pretty thin. I've read many reviews before making a decision. I was down to the Moto Z and Z Force. The only reason for choosing the Moto Z was cost.

This has been the absolute best droid I have ever owned. I have had 3 others before this one and it still amazes me. The battery life is incredible. Love the thin design.

This thing is so thin and light. My main concern was with battery life but moto mods solve that problem pretty easily. Best part nougat! and day dream view support!

I went for pixel and changed to this cause I had a great deal on the phone now that I have it I truly like the phone its light and slim very fast and great screen.

I bought the Moto Z Droid for my husband because of the price. It has so many options that you can buy to add to your experience. He loves the size of the screen.

Wow, bought this phone during a promo and it's performed well above what I paid! The mods work so well and the phone is so incredibly slim and light I find it better to have a mod on it when I'm using it. This is definitely a great alternative to anything iPhone or Galaxy. The Moto tweaks to the Android OS are not heavy and are very useful without bloating the app drawer. The battery life and screen performance are amazing but I never have to worry with the battery mod.

Pretty intuitive to use. Large screen is a plus. This was my first phone and was easier to use than I thought it would be. Charges quickly and lasts quite a while.

Great camera, awesome sound. No 3.5mm for headphones, not sure how you feel about that. Looks clean, fun snap back feature.

I bought this phone with just a few reviews read and none mentioned some important changes, one the charge port is not a regular mini USB but type c and no headphone jack so either need to use the charge port with included adapter or Bluetooth. Some getting used to software changes but otherwise a great deal. With no mods it is very light, and mods make it great but get your USB C cable first.

I absolutely love this phone! The light weight and thinness makes it a perfect fit for all size hands. Upgrading the memory with a micro SD card is simple. I love the convenience of the new magnetic mod system. Can't wait to see what new mods are developed.

I love this phone. I read the reviews and they knocked it for battery life and camera. I came from a Droid turbo. The Moto z lasts just long as my Droid turbo and takes way better pictures. One thing I didn't like about the camera is that it takes to long to take a picture under less than ideal light. The trick to speed that up is to it put it in professional mode. The mods are great. I use them quite often. Sometimes I need a little extra power or I want to watch a show while cooking dinner. Then I just put on the power pack or the speaker mod.

Awesome form and factor. Probably one of the sexiest devices ever made. The mods add icing to the cake. Motorola has outdone themselves this time. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is though the camera takes great pics, it could be (alot) faster. Vs iPhone 6s and galaxy 7's it's virtually sluggish. I'd still purchase this device over those though and I currently own both.

The Motorola droid Z is an awesome smartphone. It is so light and thin yet capable and dare I say sexy! Buy one or two you won't be disappointed.
