I needed a new phone and a new service. Since I was at Best Buy to purchase a new computer I decided to look at your phone services and new cell phone. I love my phone it has so many new features. Every sales associate I have meet at Best Buy are very infomrative and take time to answer my questions.

This phone takes great pictures, works very easily and has great sound quality. The only issue is when on speaker phone sometimes it takes a second to go from phone to speaker. Other than that though, it works great. No problems yet, knock on wood.

This phone is really good. For being an extremely thin phone the battery lasts a long time. The display is excellent along with the moto exclusive features. Being able to change the look of the phone with the style covers is a nice touch. Along with being able to get different mods for it.

I brought this phone home only to find out that the WiFi hardware was not working. It would not pick up any WiFi signals. I called Best Buy and they said they would have to order another phone for me because they didn't have any in stock. When the new phone came in it worked really great except I could not hear people over Bluetooth, which I found out was a common problem with the phone that was on some message boards. I took this second phone into the Best Buy in Auburn, CA and they said that they could not order me a new phone unless I turned in the phone that was having problems, which would have meant I would have no phone for a week. I explained that they had already ordered me one before without me turning in my phone. They said that that was impossible and that their system would not allow it. They said that they had none in their warehouse, even though this was a really new phone and that is why they couldn't just order me a new one without me trading in my defective phone. They also said if I got a different phone I would have to pay a fee for restocking, even though I just wanted a phone that worked properly. It was so discouraging that I just said I will live without talking on the phone through Bluetooth in my car. Now it is about a month in and the Bluetooth won't even turn on at all, which really sucks during my one hour each way commute to work. No more music streaming. It is a beautiful phone that I just wish didn't have these problems. If Best Buy just had a better exchange policy and a more professional ordering system, I would love this phone and have one that works right now.

I've had Motorola phones exclusively since the first flip-phone Razor. While I didn't want a phone this wide/long, the benefits far outweigh the size. I have excellent photos, calls don't drop, texting is easy, and the huge memory let me import all my tunes... (hundreds).

Didn't want to spend 400 to 600 for a phone! Tired of spending that on phones that drop calls or have issues. Tried this one and am thrilled! Works great and accomplishes almost everything Galaxy and Iphone did. Camera is fantastic too! Won't go back to overpriced phones again!

Pros: The phone has several nice features such as video calling and the Moto mods. I also like the enhanced texting features, like being able to set the time I want a particular text message to be sent. Cons: The screen is not as durable as advertised. I dropped the phone from about 3 feet and the screen completely shattered. My mother has the same phone and hers did the same thing. This is the first time I've had a screen shatter. I was told by Motorola that the Moto Z Force is the only one that is guaranteed not to shatter. I strongly suggest getting a case, but I have not found a case that will fit over the phone while a Moto Mod is attached. Also, the battery life seems to vary by phone. My mother's and my first phone only lasted half a day. My replacement phone last a full day.

Excellent battery. Turbo charging is fast. Works well with the two mods I have purchased (Battery and speaker). Only con is the wall charger is one fixed piece. No USB separate cable. Also it is USB type C, so the battery mod was a lifesaver when I was out sight seeing.

Almost perfect for my needs; except the dongle needed to listen to music. Well that and when your listening to music you can't charge your phone. Other than that, camera takes great photo's, call sound is clear, great phone!

I love this phone! It is one of the best ones I have ever owned. Big Motorola fan!

I am surprised by how well this phone performs. I love this phone. I'm an Android user, and this phone is great. A few things I'm still getting used to that's different from my last phone. But overall, this Motorola Droid does and has just about everything I need.

I don't get why Motorola isn't more popular because this phone is amazing! I love the customizability with Moto Mods, I got the JBL speaker and I use it all the time. It doesn't have a headphone jack, but I never use one anyway thanks to Bluetooth. Highly recommend!

Got my during holiday run up (just past black friday) so it was only $120. Amazing value. The only draw back is because its a lesser known phone there are fewer cases and such for it. But a snapdragon 820 for $120? Wow.

Love the ability to change MODS such as the speaker or extra battery pack. Can be a bit annoying when the phone is in your pocket when playing music as it keeps changing tracks somehow. Overall I am happy with it though.

I recently switched from the iPhone to the Moto Droid Z and I'm so happy I did. With the iphone, I was unable to get a signal at work and now I don't have any issues with call reception. Additionally, I have the 4 mods and I am satisfied with how they perform.

I've had a Motorola Phone before and this one is definitely the newest in a great line of phones. Only negative is that the phone comes with only and AC adapter charger plug, but with the quick charge and long battery life one charge over night is all you need.

I bought this phone because of its unique capabilities and the fact that one can expand the storage. The Moto Mods are a unique and growing feature. I have the battery pack mod and the JBL speaker mod. I plan on buying the Hasselblad camera mod next.

Thank you Bestbuy for a great phone at a great price. This is a very flexible phone with long lasting battery and the battery mod makes it last for days.

I purchased the phone during a promotion that took $200 off the price and also came with a free speaker. I ended up paying $7 less per month on device payments and had a much better phone. The one thing that I miss on this phone is an IR port. The modular back is great for being able to easily change the look and/or add on the speaker.

Very good antenna reception and voice quality. Not a heavy user and get 4 to 5 days battery life. Very good photo quality.
