I purchased this Motorola N300 to replace a very disappointing upgraded Net Gear 600 router. The Motorola, even a down level model to the Net Gear, has given me what I want - six months of solid reliability. I have only had to reset a handful of times versus a several times a day drop rate with the fancier Net Gear. I realized how many Net Gear routers I have replaced and was determined to find a better way. Motorola has my confidence.

I use comcast and this router works perfectly with no issues and super easy to install.

I will definitely recommend this to my friend. It's easy to install by yourself. The speed is awesome.

I purchased this Router for using with Comcast. The Wifi coverage was good in home, but it was not able to provide the required speed as per my plan. Comcast support team came and we tried calling customer support as well from Motorola, but there was not much improvement in Speed test Results. So I had to return this and then I upgraded to NETGEAR - AC1600 and it has been really excellent.

Easy installation with clear instructions of course. Performance is a little questionable since the wifi goes on and off. LAN however it works great with no lack at all. Best hard wired for my game console, but if I try the wireless, it is worse than some cheaper models.

I live in an old, old, masonry home. My old modem and router just didn't have the capacity for the new upgraded cable service in my area. I purchased this modem and a wifi router for the far end of the house. Turns out I didn't need it, somehow I get a great signal almost everywhere on the property. The web based user interface is really quite good compared to some other brands.

This router provides very fast internet and wifi and it wide ranged as well

I bought this combo modem and router to use with Comcast / Xfinity. The instructions and installation are simple. It is not necessary to call Comcast. The modem looks good, weighs practically nothing, and does not get hot at all. The wifi works well. I highly recommend this modem or the other Motorola modems. It's a waste of money to rent a modem from a cable company.
