I can't believe how much this phone does for the money. It has decent memory, an excellent camera, beautiful display, good speaker volume, fast processor, and works on any network. I'm hooked up through Tracfone, and it's nice to know I can switch between Verizon and AT&T if needed. Does everything I need and more, no need to drop $500-700 on an iPhone. I bought this as a refurb, and as expected it was perfect in every way, both cosmetically and functionally. No regerts Milky Way!

Maybe I'd listed many cons, please remember the price when you make a choice.

As others have mentioned, the phone comes in a plain white box with cheap replacement accessories. You do not receive retail packaging, a manual, earphones, a Motorola TurboPower charger or an equivalent QC 2.0 fast charger. I received only the phone and a Samsung ETA0U61JWE, which is a cheap, white, 1A charger with a detachable ~5' cable. However, the phone itself is perfect (so far). No ghost touching, image retention or other issues have emerged yet. Cosmetically, it's in flawless condition. The 5-star rating is based on the cost when I bought it, but the price of this fluctuates wildly. It's worth getting the refurb if you can buy when the price is right. This is my third Moto G phone, and I love them.

I love size of screen and simplicity of Android operating system on this Motorola phone. Plenty of useful Apps available from Google Play Store. Excellent performance and speed for my needs. For around hundred bucks that I paid for this refurbished and unlocked phone...why would you lock yourself in 2 year contract !!!

This is my first unlocked phone. Overall very happy with the phone condition (basically mint), price, and speed of delivery. I did not want to lease a phone and this seemed like a good option. When Sprint said my sim was not compatible, no big deal. However the replacement sim I was sold in my local BestBuy store did not work. That will be 2 total trips back and forth to resolve... My local Sprint store had the "Bring Your Own Device" sim card (Sprint/Boost/Virginmobile) which activated to my existing monthly account. Just make sure you have the right sim card if you want to use the phone when you get the it.

Great phone; look nice; fast and smooth. Should buy a brand new one for turbocharger and ear phone though. Other minor concerns: Battery not removable and phone is not water resistant

I bought 2 of these for my parents, I wanted good price and decent performance since they are not exactly tech savvies. They like them but had some issues with the batteries (had to be replaced in one of them). It has a good camera and features.

The Moto G4 seems great so far. Nice display and very reasonable price. Had an old Moto X that worked well for 3 years. Seems like a great value.

I couldn't find a phone near this price that would run on the CDMA network. The processer is fast, good clear screen, good camera, and the Samsung turbo charger that come with it works great on this phone and on my other phones. I read a review that the turbo power didn't work, but it works well on mine. This is a great phone, and the price makes it even better.

The phone I received suffered from Ghost touch issue, It would go wild if used while charging. I went to store for exchange, gave them the phone i recieved and was informed that I would get a replacement in 4-5 days, its been a week and my Order still shows as "received" I have contacted customer service 4 times and they are unable to provide any detail and all they see is "order received"!

Not a bad price for a kids phone with a big screen! Works with almost any service provider except Sprint or Verizon so I was told.

Great phone for price does everything I need I use mine with the Republic wireless network. Works almost everywhere

Got this phone for around $120 or so with incentives, refurbished. When it came in, I couldn't tell it apart from a brand new phone. Definitely worth the coin. Fast, good features, not a slow bargain phone like what's on the prepaid side.

Be careful with this purchase. I bought this phone to replace another cell phone I broke recently. It had good reviews so I gave it a chance. Most of the features on the phone worked well but it would not connect to the 4G LTE on the Verizon network. After many hours spent on the phone with Best Buy, Verizon, and Motorola, I was finally sent a replacement phone that worked correctly. Best Buy's customer service was not very good and nobody seemed to be able to answer my questions or fix the problem with the phone. Thankfully, Motorola honored the warranty and sent me a phone that worked properly. Now that I have a phone that actually works the way it is supposed to, I am much happier.

If you want a reasonable performance phone for a reasonable price, this is the one. I bought this one for my wife who has used the Moto E, Moto G and G 2nd generation, then it was easy to migrate everything. Performance is good enough for current versions of WA, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Received the Moto G4 phone in a generic white packaging with a generic charger. The phone was in excellent condition with no scratches or other cosmetic issues. Even with the generic charger, the phone seems to charge quickly and the battery lasts all day. I have been impressed with the phone’s performance and ease of use. After two weeks of use, I have not experienced any ghost touch issues. This phone has exceeded my expectations for the price point. It has excellent specs and worked out of the box on my GSM network. I would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive, unlocked phone. The refurbished phone came with a 90-day guarantee.

Bought phone refurbished, came like new condition. Used phone for one months and quite impress for what I paid.

For a budget phone, this does it all. Nice big screen and very responsive. Camera performs well in well lit environments but struggles in lowlight situations.
