I highly recommend this phone, I was a ex Apple owner and this phone was just what I need it!

Purchased this looking for a mid-range, value-priced smart phone. Unfortunately I was never able to use it, as my unit would not recognize / connect to my SIM card. This has been an ongoing issue for this particular phone as I discovered after reading through many troubleshooting forums. The only time I could get the phone to work and recognize my carrier is if I applied a lot of pressure on the card to the connectors, basically squeezing the SIM card to make appropriate contact with the connectors. No thanks. I considered trading it in to see if another unit would work, but ultimately I did not want to waste my time. Best Buy refunded my money, as I was just able to return it under the 14-day return policy. So this phone might very well be great, but first you'll have to hope that it will actually recognize and connect to your SIM card. Good luck and I hope your experience is better than mine!

God and Reliable phone, I bought it for my mom as a backup. She loves it.

Can't beat it for the value. Snappy and fast. Add SD card for expansion.

I'm still getting used to my phone,but I would recommend it to anyone.

For the price I highly doubt there is a better android phone out there

Touch screen and lock pattern did not work. I cannot touch pattern point for 50 times of trying, cannot reopen this phone. RETURN in snow-icy day, waste my driving

I liked it some much I ended up buying another phone.

This was my 2nd refurbished g4 after I returned 1st due to ghost touch issue. The 2nd one was even worse and the issue was not limited to when charging the phone and happened all the time. They shud test the phones before selling them.

The person on the other end of the phone call could not hear me, it was a piece of junk.

I bought this phone in April of this year and now only 3 months later the screen is glitching... i looked into this problem further and its called "ghost screen" and apparently this is a common problem for Moto g4 phones. Being this is refurbished phone I begin to wonder if this was a pre exisiting problem for this phone before it was refurbished..as i have also read you can semi alleviate this problem only for it to re expose itself later on.... Would also like to add that this phone too easily dials contacts phone numbers by accident because of a very sensitive " favorites" screen that does not seem to be able to be disabled. After only 3 months I have to say I am quite irritated that I now have to put more money out to buy another phone as this one is unusable. Will never buy refurbished again or Motorola.

I've had the phone for a month now, and love it. No issues, fast, smooth. The refurb/open box comes in a generic box & generic charger, but does have a 90 day warranty. After putting on a tempered glass screen protector ( which I do with all my phones) and a Cimco Slim cover ( total purchase for both less than $14), all good and working fine

Went on sale for 6 bucks less than 126 the day after I ordered. Great phone even though the 3rd party charger came. It still works with the turbo charge function. I guess I got lucky.. lol fast lightweight bright screen adaptive brightness.. fantastic phone

This is one of the cheapest phone with great screen size and 1080P screen resolution. Works great and what to not like about this phone, best smartphone for the price to performance.

The phone has good specs and nice features. The refurbished phones screen touch points are flaky and go out of control. I would recommend spend few extra dollars and buy a new phone instead of refurb.

I had high hopes but the phone doesn't ring about 10 times per day. It will still text and surf the web but you can't hear the person that is calling. Usually if you turn it off then back on it starts working for a bit...then it happens again. BEWARE!

Be aware that BestBuy does not let you know that the original charger is not included. That means that sweet feature of "TurboPower-enabled charging provides extra battery juice in 15 minutes" will not work! Not cool, BestBuy!
