Right out of the box, wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge. Took time to make sure it wasn’t anything I was doing incorrectly. Nope. They just don’t work. I returned them and purchased Midland walkie talkies instead. I’ve been very happy with those.

They won't even charge. We tried using fresh AA batteries in place of the rechargeable ones and the radio still won't work. Back to Best Buy they go.
