Even with two cameras you have to switch the screen to see them.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the product. How long is the delay for the audio?
Regarding the video issue, we can reset your paren unit. You would do this by using a paper clip or safety pin to press the RESET button on your parent device.
You can also try resetting the Camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to re-pair the camera to the Parent unit.
