I have followed all directions & charged the monitor as told, the picture is great but the battery dies too quickly! The only way it stays on is if I keep it plugged in all night. I don't recommend this to first time moms like myself unless your okay with it being plugged in all night

I love the phone app in addition to the handheld monitor. Battery life with video on the handheld is a little light. We use the handheld for monitoring audio and just turn the video on occasionally to check in.

Works well from the distance needed and does not interfere with the other monitor in use

Great product, speaker does not work properly on camera may be just a defective monitor.

This baby monitor has done the job well. I only wish the picture was a bit more fluid as it is a bit jerky when our son is moving around his crib. Overall though, it allows us to see him and hear him clearly so it has done its job.

Bought this camera to use as an outside camera for our front door. It has great camera quality on the monitor and has great sound. You’re able to talk through the monitor to the camera. This camera has made it through every weather imaginable. We forgot to bring it in during the snow we had here and it somehow made it. Then we had a tornado warning and torrential raining and now the heat, somehow it is still working! We’ve had this camera for over a year and it was the best decision ever!

Love the fact that I can see my baby from my phone. The battery on the monitor doesn't last long. I rather use my phone instead. That's my only issue with this product.

This item is a very nice unit. The clarity of video is amazing and the app allows you to use a tablet or phone as a monitor screen.

I bought this baby monitoring camera thinking it would be a good buy knowing it comes from best buy and ohh surprise it's not. We fully charged the camera like instructions say and the battery does not even last 5 minutes. I'm gonna have to call the company to hopefully get a refund or another camera that actually works, so disappointed in best buy for selling products that are not fully functional

My son is 18 months olds d the monitor has been helpful and still works. Only complaint is the charging. We have to move the cord around for 10 minutes before it starts to charge. This is disappointing for a 100 monitor. My mom bought a 40 dollar one and is much happier

Needed a indoor security camera that also displayed the temperature inside the home to allow for monitoring while away on trips. This was an easy setup and works as advertised.

I bought this since my old one was failing and interferes with my WiFi. While this doesn’t do that which is great, it doesn’t have an auto mute feature which I thought would be standard. Alerts on your phone are awesome though
