Great camera for a nursery

The motion notifications and sound notifications are awesome. Love the feature where you can talk. I talk to my son at home in his crib while I'm at work!

Bad connection bad image and ever worse treatment

Sometimes when we turn it on the image doesn't appears. At this point BestBuy didn't do anything about it. We talked to Motorola and we went through a troubleshoot procesure for reseting the connection. Days after the same issue happened again. We are extremely disappointed with both Bestbuy and Motorola. Since we cannot return it I wish I could at least exchange the model for some other. We hate this one.
