Too weak to support weight of a tablet

No matter what I did, every time I put my tablet in the stand, it would just collapse under the weight. For the record, this was a Samsung Galaxy 7 tab, so it wasn't anything massive. Returned the next day.

I think it's the best one on the market. I use it to hold an iPad pro latest edition. I had an otter box around my iPad and had to take it off so it would fit. Not nuts about not having a case on a $1200 tablet but mount holds it well,

Perfect mount to watch movies on a tablet

Has many movable positions for the perfect viewing angle.

Good for households

Lock doesn't like to stay locked due to vibration and the arms will vibrate open over time. As for a house application I think it would be fine

Disappointed - not strong enough to hold standard

The plastic base is attached to a metal plate. The plastic base strips from the metal plate that us screwed into fixture/wall. Tried screwing the base back to the plate but the screws have stripped the plastic threads. Just not suitable for holding the weight of an iPad apparently. This will probably work for a phone weight but could hold my iPad for over a month. Disappointed to say the least as this was not inexpensive compared to Amazon options.
