So, TLDR: this doesnt hold my 34”, 15lb monitor when it should hold up to 42” and 20+ lbs. The tilt function failed completely and doesnt lock. Now I can’t get the mounting plate off my monitor because that failure caused the threading inside one of the screw holes to break and the screw won’t come out. Which means I can’t even put my monitor back on the normal stand.

I was kind of disappointed that I could not change the hight of the arm without taking it off the desk, but then when i found out that it has a full 180 degree rotate capability and can move right and left (which my life a lot easier) I was shocked, over all i love it and would buy it again.
