Geek squad is awesome but you already knew that. We had a cable cord break and they tried to fix it, find an alternative and finally give me advice on where to go to get one. Went above and beyond. And so darn nice!!! Very good with Covid precautions as well.

very knowledgeable learned alot Although the tech from Magnolia told me one thing--really was something else-cost me buying a new TV when in reality Geek Squad figured it was the receiver for my home theater that was the problem not the TV-keeping the TV getting receiver fixed-never using Magnolia again

The geeks installed our new 65" 4K TV very quickly and they went above and beyond to make it all work together. They didn't have the mounting bracket for the sound bar so they went back and got it to make sure it worked the right way the first time. Really appreciated Rene's attention to detail.

THE GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. HOOKED UP WALL MOUNT, TV AND COMPONENTS IS LESS THAN 1 HOUR. THE ONLY COMPLIANT IS THAT THE GEEK SQUAD AUTO REMINDER NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT THE INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT WERE WAY TOO MUCH. 3-4 EMAILS AND 3-4 TEXT MESSAGES WITH APPOINTMENT REMINDERS. SO ANNOYING!!!!!

Guys had to uninstall my existing TV over my fireplace which is made of stacked stone then install a new mount and my new OLED TV. Within 30 minutes, they had done all of the work, cleaned up and started packing up. Service was very efficient and would definitely use these guys again in the future.

We purchased a tv at the beginning of the year from BB I had the Geek squad install the set on above my fireplace, they were time and really did a really nice install. They were very professional. I am very pleased with workmanship and the time it took complete.

We always use Geeksquad for anything we have installed or bought at Best Buy. They are always very thorough and professional. They always check to make sure what we want and ordered and explain what they are going to do and why. Before they leave they make sure we understand how everything works.

My agents were very thorough and careful as they did a wall mount above the fireplace. They helped me get started with my new smart TV. They made sure to answer all my questions and were very helpful and courteous. They deserve 5 stars for their professional service!

The two Geek Squad associates were pleasant and professional. My issue is with the added price for mounting the TV above the fireplace. The wall above the fireplace is just drywall so it was not like they had to do anything different than they would have mounting it to any other wall. They also installed my Polk soundbar but since they did not have a bracket to attach it to the TV they just hung it from the wall with two screws. I also paid for connecting all of my components but when they saw the Caavo control center they said they had never seen one before. Interesting comment since I bought it at Best Buy. They offered to install it but I opted to not have them do it since they were not familiar with it. After I watched them install my 65" TV I decided to install the one at my daughter's house myself. It was also a 65" TV. I should have installed my TV myself considering what I paid Best Buy to do it.

Bought a mount that was more than I needed for my apartment. When the crew came to mount it they explained that I could use a simpler model, which they happened to have in the truck. They took the original back and processed a return for me right there on the spot after mounting the new one. They were fantastic!

The agents connected both of our TVs and were terrific. We ended up getting 2 additional hdmi cables as the ones we had were not sufficient. They had them on the truck which made everything so easy. Great guys and terrific to work with.

The tech, I believe his name was Brandon, was very professional and personable. He seemed to be a perfectionist, like me, when it comes to things being centered and even. He made sure I was happy with installation and that everything was working before he left!

The two gentlemen that mounted my TV were very professional. We had a problem with my set-up but they were able to pivot and mount my new TV. They took everything, including my old TV and box, with them. Both were wearing masks and gloves throughout the visit.

They did a great job of hanging my TV over my fireplace. The technicians were quick, polite, courteous, and very professional. They hung the TV perfectly, and double checked the installation to make sure the TV was in the correct location. Great job!

Having purchased a 65” TV , I was concerned about getting it mounted above our fireplace. I had just had it redone with stone on that wall. The crew came in and with little fanfare they very carefully prepared the wall and got the bracket and TV in place in no time. Thanks so much!

The guys did a great job mounting my tv over my fireplace. They were professional, friendly and made sure to keep the area protected and clean afterwards. They took the time to answer questions and program all my remotes. They were fast and knowledgeable. They even went over everything they did.

I thought about trying to mount a 75" TV, then I decided it wasn't worth the potential for me to DROP that said TV. Geek Squad did an amazing job. They came out on time when they said they would. Communication was phenomenal! They did a very clean job of mounting the TV also. Very happy with the experience.

These guys were awesome. Showed up on time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Our TV is mounted exactly as we asked. This job also included connections to a new receiver and existing speakers.

The installers arrived promptly as set and quickly got started. After assessing the placement in the room, they suggested a different bracket than we had purchased and explained why. We chose to change to what they suggested. They finished and reviewed the remote and explained the tv. Very pleased so far.

The guy that installed my tv mount over the fireplace was very personable and friendly. He helped problem solve and ensured that my mount was sturdy since I didn’t have studs close enough to hold the original mount I purchased. He was quick and also went above and beyond to help me apply my Best Buy rewards.
