The plastic bag they come in is not meant for keeping them in.

I drive for Uber and whenever I pick up a severely intoxicated passenger and want to have a little fun with them, I have them blow into that BAC reader and ask them to guesstimate what their blood alcohol content is and they seem to get a lot of fun out of that! With these mouthpieces you don't have to worry about sharing any germs!
