Love the feature of being able to put most of the parts into the dishwasher. Very easy to do.

This unit is definitely space saving! Yet performs just as well as the big clunky ones! It's very clean and sleek looking on my counter. Basically 2 options brew now and brew later! Very simple to operate. Has a replaceable water filter in it that is very simple to change. They recommend every 30 pots so not to bad! The best part is how easily it comes apart to go in the dishwasher! I love this feature as I like to clean my pot frequently as I am a heavy coffee drinker and the maker tends to get kind of icky. I am not talking just the filter or the pot!!! The entire top part of it comes of and goes right in the dishwasher!! I have never had one do this so I am really in love with that feature. The chrome ring around the maker gives it just enough contrast to look fancy with out being complicated! Mr. Coffee has always been a dependable brand and this unit seems to be continuing in that direction! It makes a full size pot of coffee that tastes great. Another nice feature is it will keep coffee warm for 4 hours without it tasting burnt! The only real con I could find was that I like my coffee burning hot and this wasn't exactly happening with this one. Wish they would make the plate get hotter but this could be why the coffee doesn't taste burnt after 4 hours.

Taking this coffee maker apart, throwing the dishwasher safe pieces into the dishwasher for a deep cleaning is very convenient. It brews coffee hotter than our fading coffee maker, looks pretty good on the counter and is so easy to use. I'm more of a paper filter person, but this does come with a reusable filter that we've thrown in the dishwasher and comes out clean.

This coffee maker does what it's supposed to do, make good coffee! We preload it with water and grounds in the evening and just press start in the morning, it's flawless. The feature we like the best is the removable hopper, just pop it in the dishwasher to clean it, no more struggling to clean the thing in place and hope for the best!

The product is a good one. After decades of making their namesake product, they have pretty much figured it all out. My beef is not the product but the miss handling of the delivery. My unit came out of the box with broken pieces.

I havent had any problems with it since i purchased it a few months ago. I use it for the employees in my office, it serves coffee for the 8 of us and it makes it pretty quickly. Easy to clean up and looks better than everyone else's.

So I am very sad to write this review. I was so excited when I found this product. I've only had positive experiences with Mr. Coffee products. Ex. bought a $11 Mr. Coffee machine from Walmart with one function: on or off. It lasted forever until I gave it away. I really only need on/off and programmable brewing before I wake. All the other bells and whistles I prefer spending on great coffee beans. Anyway, back to this particular product. It said DISHWASHABLE - and it is!!!! I'm used to cleaning my coffee maker after every use. I was excited to purchase a product I could throw in the dishwasher once a week or so. So that part of the machine is awesome, although the instructions for removing the top lid could include information that you need to use a butter knife or something to push the tab in so the lid will come off; but I figured it out a-okay. The problem with this machine aren't the dishwashable parts at all! It's the base unit - specifically the base around the heating plate. It cracked on both sides after just a week's use. The cracks originate at the plate and extend outward. I'm no engineer but I think that front area needs to be reinforced to handle the weight of the pot plus coffee. Either that or the plastic used in that area isn't exactly heat proof, which could be too as I noticed some discoloration on it right in that area. I am so disappointed. I would love to talk to someone from Mr. Coffee about it. This product has the potential to be a game changer for all of us. I mean, who doesn't suffer a coffee catastrophe a couple times a year - you know, where grounds go everywhere..... no problem with this thing. Just go to the 3 yellow levers, pop them open and put the top half of the maker into the dishwasher. Man it hurts returning this thing. I was even willing to spend the extra 10-20 bucks on this thing for the convenience. Good idea Mr. Coffee, but it has an issue that needs looking at. I gave it a 2 rating just for the idea even when I'm returning it after 1 week.

This Mr. Coffee is a great and affordable coffee maker. Brews good tasting coffee. Cleans up easily, mostly in dishwasher. Importantly, has an auto shut-off if we forget to turn it off, so we do not burn the pot.
