Not enough ram

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All in all a good gaming laptop if you are looking for lower level games when it comes to the ram, with that being said games needing higher ram are troublesome and either you have to turn the graphics to basically zero or deal with the crashes or reboot your computer after every mission.

Fine laptop, not sure why it blue screened -> BIOS

Had to custom fix by reinstalling a windows image using a USB, otherwise a fine laptop for the price I got it at ($810).
