So this system arrived yesterday. Looks great. Booted up no issues. Now for the odd stuff. The Power supply is a 540w generic. Not a deal breaker but not great. On the plus side, my system had a 10700 (non-F) processor, so free upgrade in my favor. So why 1 star? It was missing a stick of ram. It only had 1 stick of 8gb. Not un-seated, Not loose in case, missing. Ok, that stinks but still not a deal breaker. Until I called support and my only option is to return the entire system and wait on a complete replacement. I think I just want my money back at this point. :-(

Just got a bad one. Couldn't run WarZone in 1440p High settings. Troubleshooting for two days didn't fix nothing, ended up returning it.

Seriously Best Buy! You had one job. What was that job? I’m glad you asked. For starters, how about loading a copy of windows on the hard drive! Every time I would try to restart, it went straight to Bios. After my troubleshooting failed, I had to wait on hold with the MSI Technical support. After almost an hour on the phone waiting, I am met with a non-English speaking representative and finding out also that you guys covered the serial number to register the PC. So after investigating and on the third try of finding the right system serial number and using my decryption language techniques that I learned in the US Army. I discovered that the hard drive is either corrupt or the software is corrupt! I expected more for an almost 2k Gaming PC!!! Such a joke

I really liked the computer but within a few weeks the fan on the graphics card came loose and begun to rattle. Luckily, I was able to return it-- but Best Buy was unable to replace it or even offer a similar computer to buy instead, leaving me without a computer entirely.

Bought this directly from MSI. It's amazing!! Like many I was going to build my own. But, why wait forever for a 30 series? So I bit the bullet and bought this after much research. I have had an MSI laptop for years and it's a monster. So, I knew this would not let me down. Most of the components are MSI stock all of the stuff you'd buy for your own build. If you're overclocking you're going to want to upgrade the power supply. I will prob do that and upgrade the RAM eventually. All of these components can be upgraded.

GPU caught fire after 8 hours of use

Got unlucky. A day after setting up the pc, 48 hours after pickup, pc started running a little warm. Not overclocking, or playing anything intense, couldn't handle high setting of Evil Genius 2 for 4 hours. PC shut down, sizzling could be heard and burning smell came from PC(gpu area), unplugged let components cool, plug back in turned it back on to an immediate shut down and the Geforce RTX 3070 gpu caused a small flame, not sparks. Blew out it in a breath, smoke was visible, returned it next day. No visible signs of scorch marks, but a consistent burnt smell came from gpu port. All best buy could do was a complete refund, unit was sold out and couldn't exchange for a new one. Completely disappointed. Who knows what could have happened if I wasn't around when it caught fire. I hope best buy can restock soon so I can repurchase and hopefully not burn down my house.
