It’s a great mid-tier PC out of the box. However I was having issues with the AMD CPU. I tried all the tricks used the Steam community and the internet. Certain games would crash or just not launch-yet worked fine on my Intel powered Laptop. So, after 8 months, I finally replaced the CPU with an Intel i7-14700K and all my problem went away. Had to replace the MOBO with it but got the MSI Tomahawk Z790 and it’s a proper MOBO over the factory one that has many limitations. Also added the MSI i240 Liquid cooler. All of which I purchased from Best Buy with no interest. Also of no consequence I added to additional intake RGB intake fans. It’s now a gorgeous and an absolute best that runs cool. Based on all of this I can’t recommend this purchase unless you get the version with the Intel CPU.

I think it’s a really good starter PC for a gamer. I got this as my first one and so far I can play all the games I want with no problem at all, everything runs smoothly

This was my first pc and it really passed my expectations, for all the specs that comes with pc it’s amazing. Gaming on this beast feels amazing you’re getting exactly what you’re paying for a enhanced gaming experience. It’s blows my mind how adorable it is. Probably one of the best pre built pc Ive yet to get my hands on. If you’re getting this pc i wouldn’t be surprised because wow it’s wonderful experience.

So I paid extra for an excellent open box with an extra 200$ shipping to get it before my kids birthday. The pc itself in term of performance perfect 0 complaints at 1440p and under. The problem was the shipping itself. Paid extra for excellent by the time I got it. Box was falling apart, leg snapped off (had to superglue it to the pc) the case is bent a bit on the edges not a big deal and keyboard was damage through the shipping. Luckily I already have another pc so I just swapped it over and gave my kids my spare keyboard. First time getting a PC shipped and probably will not do it again. Luckily as of right now it’s running perfectly fine and hopefully stays that way.

Great PC to begin the journey of building or just sticking as is and playing around! I know I went through and had upgraded the fans and removed the fan cpu cooler to install a NZXT pro 360mm after that between the cases open air concept and the fans bringing in more than enough air my temps never get above 42°c unless I’m trying to play cyberpunk at max frames and quality. 4 star rating because this should honestly come with an AIO as without it temps did rise to a concern point

Excellent. The 4070-S is a monster. The LED’s built in are very bright and have very smooth animations. Overall I’m extremely impressed with this build.

Great pre built pc. Needs a lil more ram for gaming and streaming at the same time but runs everything else fine as is.

This PC did not come ready out of the box. I had to perform a BiOS update that honestly should've been done already. This is clearly more on MSI than Best Buy though. Games and other tasking programs would crash and it would often Blue Screen (BSOD) before I updated the BiOS. Apart from that, my wife loves it now. She can run AAA games very smoothly at QHD (2560x1440). The hardware works as intended now. Solid CPU, we love the case and fans. The GPU works great as it should. Just make sure to update all drivers and the BiOS.

Monster of a pre built I upgraded ram And got msi 360r v2 water cooler just to make sure it wont over heat WARNING CAUTION This pc does not come with the AM4/5 HOOK you will need to find one before you install This pc came with upgraded heatsink only using 2 tension srews I didnt find this out till it was too late Im now waiting for hooks to get here All in all played warhammer 2 fully maxed didnt skip a beat

Price for performance this thing is great. It has handled every single game I have thrown at it at 2560x1080 maxed out with well over 100 fps on most of them except Rust which was at 90 at Bandit Camp (If you know you know) which is amazing. The only issues I see are RAM being a little low at 16 instead of 32, and I would advise on buying an additional SSD. Great build, minimal bloatware, unlocked BIOS, and it looks stunning.

This gaming pc is definitely worth the money it is fast and has lots of power. I would recommend to get more ram added on but other than that it’s great

This PC has been able to run a variety of games (Baldurs Gate, WoW, Overwatch) on max settings with at least 100 FPS. This is the first PC my significant other has owned but we both have had MSI gaming laptops (approx. 5 years) and have not had any issues with the devices.

Phenomenal Gaming PC. With this PC, I am able to do work for my job, complete assignments for school, and game with stunning graphics. After owning it for a little over a year, I am proud to say this was definitely worth the price and helps me complete everyday necessities with some fun experiences along the way.

First off, I think if you're looking for a good intro starter PC, MSI with AMD CPU is probably the best you can get. And right out of the box this thing can be an absolute amazing gaming PC. However, there were a couple things that frustrated me a little bit. I really do wish they would have put in 32 GB of RAM, I know this is one of the easiest mods on Earth but why they don't just charge an couple bucks an upgrade the RAM for you I will never understand. Another item I quickly changed out was the air cooler. That being said these two simple mods have really changed this entire PC and I absolutely love it. The value for price is unmatched. It would have cost me hundreds of more dollars to upgrade to the specs than it was to just buy it pre-built.
