The MSI Codex R2 is a powerhouse of a pre-built PC that offers an excellent entry point into high-end gaming. Featuring the latest RTX 5060 graphics card and a 14th Gen Intel i5 processor, this desktop is built to handle modern AAA titles at 1080p and 1440p with ease. If you want a machine that is ready to go right out of the box with room to grow, this is a top-tier contender.

Purchased for casual gaming. I was a bit worried only having 1 stick of Ram (no doubt due to the shortage) but it hasn’t been an issue thus far. The Machine has run modern games such as Doom Dark Ages with 60fps at 1080p. If you plan on gaming 1440p or 4K this might not be for you. Id also recommend adding storage. 1TB sounds like a lot but fills up fast. Also came with a lot of bloatware nonsense that should be uninstalled ASAP. The MSI Center is good for checking temps but limited otherwise. The included mouse and keyboard will get you by but you will feel the urge to upgrade sooner then later.
I highly recommend waiting for a sale. I got it on presidents day for under $1000, feel like a better deal then current pricing.
