Overheats, lags on everything now

Laptop now runs horribly and is less than 2 years old. Screen also pops when opening and closing, like some of the casing has split. Will not be buying any MSI products in the future. MSI support said I’d have to send it in for repairs, which is ~$70 bucks just for a diagnosis.

No overclocked settings. Otherwise works great. Would expect the pc to run a bit cheaper imo.
