I am impressed with this laptop's speed, and all of this packed in a light-weight shell. The illuminated keyboard makes it look so stunning. I understand this is a gaming laptop, however I wanted something light but powerful enough to transport when needed. It does the job for me.

i bought this on the 04/14/21 and there was no reviews at the time i bought it so i was skeptical but i water a few days went to pick it up it was amazing i used it everyday for school and personal but one day the content control msi app stopped working it would say a firewall was blocking it but never fixed to this day so i have no idea

Whenever I think of MSI i think of a gaming company but they managed to make a brilliant laptop. I took it for a family member and they really liked it. Only issue is I had to buy an extra SSD for storage. But the computer runs smoothly and fast.

This computer has everything I was looking for all for under $500 dollars. It’s super fast and the screen resolution is great! I’m super pleased with my purchase.

Its a good laptop overall I think. There is just one thing, the battery. Not that it is not good, its just not what was advertised. It does not have a 10 hours of usage, more like 4 but it's ok

The unit was easy to configure and to incorporate required applications. Operation is smooth and the keyboard functional. A worthwhile purchase.

Bought on sale for 350 bucks. Great little computer for the price. Removed the 128gb m.2 and added a samsung 980 500 gb for 60 bucks

It’s ok… I like that you can upgrade the ram to 32 gigs, the build quality is amazing and when I upgraded the ssd drive it definitely took a lot of stress off the device. I was always filling up the ridiculously small ssd drive which would give this laptop lagging issues. The screen is pretty good and bright, the speakers are crap but the location is better than I’ve seen on other laptops. I don’t regret the purchase but I do wish I would have waited to check out some of the other options out there.

it is a beautiful Laptop, nice light keyboard, but, somehow the camera stop working, and it is not turning on any more.

I ordered this for school a couple months ago, its overall pretty reliable. The battery life lasts me about 6-8 hours before i need to recharge it again. The quality is amazing, and storage is great. Only downside is it has certain specs you have to put up with, like low camera quality.

Great product but, disappointed in the life of the battery. I only get about 1 1/2 charge on a full battery.

I have been using this laptop as a College Computer. I am a freshman business management major and this can easily do all of the spreadsheets and programs. I have yet to have any problems and am genuinely impressed with the quality.

Laptop and DVD Writer are working as expected. The Store Staff were helpful and attentive. My only bad experience was with the checking out procedures on the online website. I wanted to use my Best Buy card but ended up using my PayPal Card. Please fix this issue.

I love my new laptop. So far it has met my needs. I love Best Buy. The Geek squad always takes care of their products. So I am very satisfied with any purchase I make with them. This laptop has a lighted keyboard, which means I can use it any time.

This product is advertised as a laptop; it is not a laptop, but a chrome book type of computer. It is not equipped with a dvd player like a normal laptop. This computer has performed OK, so far. The title and name of the product should be changed.

Good deal on a decent all around laptop for a college kid. MSI makes a solid product, but I do wish it had a touchscreen. It really should, even at this price. No other complaints so far after half a year of constant use.
