    Needed computer for school. Works perfectly and am able to use it to game. Wish battery life lasted longer though.

    The laptop was good, size, color and weight was perfect as i want it! But the battery was damaged, so I’m processing and return, and i sent them back to get another one!

    Amazing computer but had some issues with it not turning on after a shut down and it was consistent enough where I had to return it. Would definitely buy MSI again though. Blame it on RNG. Lol

    This laptop is ok and has a great look and feel, but in the same price range there are much better options. the keyboard has issues with some of the keys needing to be double tapped. I also learned that keyboard layout in general is a huge thing to consider. Overall, this is a 3-star computer as everything else is ok

    If you want a laptop where all the RAM is upgradeable, look for one with 2 SO-DIMM slots and no soldered memory. This one has half RAM soldered. Otherwise decent laptop

    Low FPS in old game. My previous laptop worked better. Best Buy is grading the processer as the best, but as soon as game gets populated, fps drops with CPU not fully being utilized. Only about 30% is doing something.

    This PC works great. The MSI AI Engine works great at maintaining the battery life whenever it is not plugged in. Overall, it's a great computer.
