I absolutely love my laptop but it does have a few quirks. I don't regret buying it, and I plan on using it for a long time. Pros: 1- I have yet to find a game it can't play on the highest settings. 2- It's powerful and it's fast at everything. I have not managed to slow it down at all, even while using multiple apps and browsers on 3 different screens at work. 3- It does not overheat. Ever. I haven't had it happen once. If I accidentally have the fans blocked and it gets warm, it cools itself off VERY quickly after the fans are uncovered. 4- I like the feel of the keyboard. Cons: 1- The fan is noisy. 2- The microphone must be close to the fans. People I'm video chatting with always comment on it. 3/4- The power cord plugs into a weird spot and it makes it awkward having anything plugged into the 1 USB port. 5 - The on/off keys for the mouse pad, microphone, and camera do not have indicator lights. There have been numerous times I have thought there was a malfunction because my pc said "cannot detect camera/microphone" or my mousepad isn't working. 6 - There is no number pad. I just don't like that because of personal preference, but it's something I'm willing to sacrifice. 7- The touch screen moves too much when you use it, like the hinge is too loose.

The advertised specifications did not match the actual specifications. The advertised stated 9 ports: 3 USB, 3 Display ports and 3 HDMI. It came with 1 USB, 1 Thunder, 1 HDMI and 1 USBc. Was count g in the advertised ports and had to buy a Thunder docking station in order to hookup what I needed. Otherwise, it is a great computer.

This laptop performs very well for high performance tasks. However, the fan makes a lot of noise. I can’t stand all day with it. Had to return it and find another model that can handle my need and work quietly.
