I THOUGHT IS WAS AN OKAY MOVIE BUT NOT UP TO A HIGH STANDARD I HAVE BEEN USE IN MATTHEWS FILMS IT WAS STILL FUN TO WATCH BUT VERY SLOW

Was okay, however, didn't seem to go anywhere, that you thought the movie was taking you. The kids did a whole lot of acting!

I bought this because it was so cheap and Rotten Tomatoes said it was so good. I thought the mo is was average though.

Overall this was an enjoyable movie that was worth watching at least once.

This movie is truly one of the best movies of the year. It was a movie with a great plot, great acting, and just a good old fashioned STORY! It is a cross between "Stand by Me" and "Tom Sawyer"...just great stuff. Enjoy!!

This is a good movie that told an interesting movie. While Matthew McConaughey is prominently featured, the movie really belongs to Tye Sheridan, who plays Ellis. The rest of the cast shines, as well. It is definitely worth a look.

Was pretty good and was a different kind of movie for Matthew McConaughey. I just wish there would have been more scenes with Reese Witherspoon...I guess she isn't doing many movies lately. Overall good story though. :)
