Great new album from New Order. Standouts include "Plastic", "Unlearn this Hatred" and the instant classic "Superheated". Most complaints about the last few albums is that there was no "Bizarre Love Triangle" or "Perfect Kiss", but this song is it. With guest backing vocals by The Killers Brandon Flowers, who actually closes the song on lead, it's their best song in years.

This is an excellent album...on par with Waiting for the Sirens Call. The lack of Peter Hook is definitely felt, but not a deal-breaker. Highly recommended.

While not as good as other New Order Albums this is the first without Peter Hook and as an album with a new line up I think it is good. Definitely don't make this your first New Order album, but if you are a fan don't be afraid to pick it up.

I was so excited that NO was coming out with with a new release as I've been a long time fan of them ever since I could remember. Well... I bought the CD and on first listening was not at all crazy about the CD and it is missing something (or someone - Peter Hook) ..mostly gone are any jangely guitars and the CD seems more like a techno dance release. I did like the the first song Restless and the 7th song Academic (after a few times listening) but overall cant say I'm very pleased...keep in mind this is from someone who liked powere corruption and lies and even low life with its super dancy hooks...this one did do it for me.

If you are a fan of New Order, you'll definitely like this album. If you are not a child if the 80s and haven't yet learned to appreciate this band, take a listen and see what you think.

If you like the last few albums this is more of the same. Some riffs and beats seem recycled but as usual they make it fun to listen and make you think.

Enjoyed the cd overall. I miss Peter on bass. Every song gets better with each listen, except for "Stray Dog". Name fits as it stands out from the pack of songs.

Nobody is really breaking new ground here, but that's what's great about it! The sound is classic and it's well worth a listen.

At last, new music from one of my all time favorite bands. Love all of the songs on this CD. Have been a fan since Blue Monday.

This is probably the best album New Order has released since the 80's. Highly recommended.

I had low expectations considering their last few albums, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good this is.

Its really good. Not surprised as the trademark sound of NO has always been solid..

Finally a return to their roots. This is their best album since their early stuff.
