Graphics make this game difficult to play

Game is decent. Story is good and overall gameplay is decent. It's the graphics that hold it back. Constantly looks blurry and at times, I felt like I was straining my eyes. I tried to ignore it and play but I could not. Blurriness was an issue, character models and surrounding details were blurry. Just could not get over it. A software update probably could fix it but so far have not seen it done yet. Only played for 4 hours before I just gave up.

I would've given this game a five star if it didn't crash on me at pivotal point. not sure if it's the NS lack of power or what. but still I had a blast with this game. love the story. the controls are great as well as sounds and dialogues. if you love games like Mario + Rabbids or the XCOM series, this is for you.

Fun and addictive... but there are caveats.

I think the Switch is the perfect way to play xcom style games such as this and I have enjoyed the hours spent playing this game. The graphics are pretty grainy, but I guess that is the sacrifice made for porting to the Switch. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is the crashes that start occurring later in the game. Oddly, I have the same issue with Wastelands 2 on Switch, which is also an Xcom style game. Both games were fine in the early hours of playing the game... but it’s as if you reach a certain point in these games where there is just too much data for the system to keep up with or something and it starts causing increasingly frequent crashes in the game.

Picked this up when it was $10. For the price it's a great game. Not sure if I would have paid more for it. Fun game overall.

Stealth Turn Based Strategy

This game is a mix a free roaming stealth with turn based strategy of Xcom. I really love the style of the game and the different characters that are available. Each one is unique and has it own special abilities. Planning out your strategy for each level is key to success. I also enjoyed the story and this version comes with a new expansion with a new character. This is a great game and really fun.

It’s just an adult version of Mario+Rabbids. Pretty nice how you can free-roam before the battles. It takes a while to scavenge for all the loot because characters move so slow, also wish there were more weapons. Pretty enjoyable game overall though!

A great game made okay on the switch. If you can play it on any other system it's a must buy xcom style strategy game, on the switch it's obviously a lower quality version that has been relieved a bit by patches.

Fun tactical game. Looks way better in docked mode for sure. Easiest way for me to describe this game is that it is an adult version of Mario + Rabbids.

A duck and a warthog taking on a post apocalyptic world? If that sounds fun to you then get this game and let the fun turn based strategy begin

I love Mario Vs Rabbids so was looking for something in the same vein. This has a totally different look but is fun and hits the spot.

If you are a fan of top down, XCOM style action strategy, definitely keep an eye on this. Mechanics are deep, loot is readily available, and story is extremely interesting. The switch version is tough to recommend due to crashing and graphical downgrade compared to other systems. Wait until a future patch.

I’m not here to say that I enjoy games that hold your hand through the whole game, but at least that would be nice at the beginning when you’re barely learning the controls, the strategy behind it and some basics of what each character can do. Other than that the game is entertaining (once you get the hang of it), the story is intriguing, and it is also entertaining.

If you want fallout type game-play with multiple player control strategy then this will challenge your game play and game planning to win to the very end. I can't give this enough to play this game and experience it. You can play over and over and no one moves are the same.
