This is the "utility knife" of inexpensive mics. I recorded acoustic guitars, vocals, percussion, ect. It sounds great on everything. So far, everything I put in front of this mic, the recording comes alive. I have recorded my friends deep baritone voice to my wife's vocals! For $200, everything sounds good. I am saving up for another one of these mics so I can use it as drum overheads.
