Honestly I haven’t seen any good in having it yet the times I have bought items I’m always told there are no discounts on those items. And I’ve never needed it for repairs so I feel like I am just wasting money at this point and wondering why I still have not canceled

This is actually a review of my Best Buy monthly membership subscription. When I thought about cutting cost I looked at this monthly subscription. After researching exactly what the monthly membership covered, I thought it was important enough to continue the monthly membership. I fact, I recognized that it was well worth the cost to have technical support at my fingertips. I purchased a Sony Television, soundbar, laptop etc for my household and needed protection from Best Buy to keep all my tech toys working properly.

It was way more spacious than i had anticipated instalation was easy. I think i just wish i could of gotten same day delivery but all in all i think there is a lot of value here esoeacially if you wanna store food for meal prep workout schedule or whatevever. Its economic on energy consumption im very happy with my purchase.

Overall, the Geek Squad has been very helpful to me in fixing my PC problems. I cannot always get to them immediately by using the numbers provided. I can never talk with the same person if I must call back. The agents do not always speak fluid English. Some agents are more patient and helpful than others. I must plan to spend at least an hour on talking with the Geek Squad with each encounter, but it is usually worth it.

I bought the HP conputer for my everyday needs. I needed something that was not too espensive but was fast enough for me to do multiple things at once. It is vert fast and works great! I woukd recommend to anyone.
