I loved the free installation and free haul away when I purchased my new tv. Best Buy technician was awesome. It’s also a huge comfort to me knowing I have 24/7 access to the Geek Squad for my new laptop. Wonderful investment!

Love this , Best Buy is my go to store for everything electronic, now that they offer this and it gives you warranty and also extends your return time. Can’t really beat that. Very good knowledgeable staff.

I got two products for my new iPhone. They recommended the two items I needed, Geek Squad put the products on my phone. It looks great and will last a long time. I was very pleased and satisfied with the products and finish job.

The beats are well designed, it sounds great as well.

The technicians were all very professional and patient with my difficulty hearing them. That said, it took 4 technicians and roughly 4 1/2 hours to take care of my problem. Each technician told me my laptop was fixed, when it wasn't. Only the last technician took care of the problem, and then explained it to me, as well as how to avoid it in the future. I give him 5 stars

I like knowing that I can take my electronic equipment in for a yearly check-up. It has definitely helped with keeping them in optimal condition, especially when companies continue to promote product planned obsolescence. Unfortunately, my finances can't keep up with purchasing new electronics every five or six years.

Was able to price match and save money. Worth the extra to not worry if my items went on sale after purchasing.

This monthly membership has saved me a lot of expense and time with technical problems I was having. I got prompt response, and the techs were thorough and skilled in resolving all the problems I had, whether resolved in a few minutes, or took longer - they stayed with it until the problem was totally fixed.

it works great i didnt read the usermaual but i didnt know hiw to turn it off withiut unplugging it in but found out that i can hold the start button and it will start

Nice product for the price. A bit smaller than expected but still heats up the bedroom it was purchased for.

Only used once so far but it was worth it if buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy
