Love it, Use it, and sorry the Best Buy Total program is changing. I have purchase this program for a few years, use it proudly too. Save $$$. But sorry the free installation will be terminated. This will be greatly missed. The Geek Squad Installers are the best.

The Geek Squad couldn't take an old portable hard drive and wipe it clean and then recycle it. I got advice to drill a hole through it and then recycle it. I was wondering why they couldn't do it if I was right there at the Best Buy Store. Then, I wouldn't have to do it and come back another time to recycle the hard drive. The person in KY at the recovery dept. told me that the Geek Squad in the store would be able to wipe it clean. No was the answer I received.

I most likely won't win the $400 gift card but I've been shopping at Best Buy for over 10 years. Quality products, friendly staff, easy online ordering, great coupons. I have no complaints. Keep up the great work. Lifetime customer.

Ive had My best buy total now since 2009 and it is a great way to protect your devices... and Remote sessions are great and u get free unlimited Tuneups and cleanups among other perks

Have really been helpful when I’ve needed them! The technician who made the house call to get my printer working was extremely patient. The problem turned out to be with my Internet provider.
